Absolutely superb house for a holiday.

Absolutely superb house for a holiday. We received excellent communication from the owner before arrival and the place was immaculaty clean on arrival. It is in a great location, opposite the station for the North Yorkshire Steam Railway and only a short walk to the town centre with its great variety of shops. The hot tub was so relaxing and the patio area is a suntrap that makes it ideal for lazing. Could not ask for a better place for a holiday.

Wonderful place! Tom couldn't have been more helpful, and they had thought of absolutely everything you could think of to make sure your stay was comfortable. We'll definitely book again next time we're in the area :-)

This is a brilliant place, little gem in Pickering!!! Straight across from Pickering rail station which was perfect for our steam train day out. The property is decorated to a very high standard and the fixtures and fittings the same - really nice, spacious, modern kitchen and airy lounge/dining. Bedrooms all a good size and the beds are very comfortable with good quality bedding, we slept amazing. Access to the hot tub was from the kitchen and was so easy to use - we had a fabulous experience seen as the cold weather and snow was in the forecast......unbelievable.We needed for nothing, all day-to-day essentials were provided and he onsite instructions really clear, especially directions to the free station car park up the road.You've done a very good job here Tom, we were all really impressed and had a lovely mini-break.....thank you!!!
