Évasion d'East Sooke. Quelque chose pour tout le monde pêche, randonnée, kayak ou détente

Belle suite d'une chambre en bord de mer, entièrement privée avec cuisine entièrement équipée. Atmosphère très tranquille et relaxante dans cette toute nouvelle suite comprenant des meubles et des draps de qualité, avec la propreté notre priorité absolue. Avec une entrée à clé, vous pouvez arriver quand cela vous convient. Nous vivons à l'étage mais votre suite est complètement séparée, pas d'accès au reste de notre maison. Nous avons fait beaucoup d'insonorisation afin que vous n'entendiez que très peu de bruit d'en haut.

Profitez de la vue imprenable sur le front de mer depuis votre cour avant privée. Regardez les bateaux passer juste devant ou les couchers de soleil la nuit. Terrasse privée avec barbecue et table pour se prélasser en plein air. Laveuse et sécheuse disponibles afin que vous puissiez rester aussi longtemps que vous le souhaitez.

Veuillez noter: Notre quai est prêt avec accès à l'eau et au mouillage pour bateaux disponibles sur demande.

Nous vivons dans une belle partie de l'île de Vancouver Sud, East Sooke est rural mais à seulement 20 minutes de Sooke ou 50 minutes de Victoria.

À FAIRE: Il y a tellement de choses à explorer!

Entouré d'une beauté naturelle avec des zones de pêche à seulement 20 minutes en bateau, vous pouvez pêcher le saumon rouge, le saumon de printemps, le coho, le rose ou le flétan. Nous pouvons organiser une charte de pêche locale si vous le souhaitez.

East Sooke Park avec ses superbes plages et ses kilomètres de sentiers de randonnée se trouve juste dans notre arrière-cour! Golf, location de kayaks à Rush Adventures, tyrolienne à Adrenaline situé dans le pub historique de 17 miles et baignade au lac Matheson sont tous très proches. Le Galloping Goose Trail est idéal pour le cyclisme car il s'agit d'une ancienne voie ferrée donc assez plate. Il s'étend sur 60 km et s'étend de la ville historique de Leech à Sooke jusqu'à Victoria au pont de Johnson Street.

À NOTER:

Veuillez apporter vos propres courses, si vous oubliez quelque chose, il y a un magasin local à 10 minutes en bas de la rue et Sooke à seulement 20 minutes.

Il y a plusieurs escaliers pour accéder à la suite, veuillez donc être conscient des problèmes de mobilité.

Nous vivons une vie tranquille et préférons les non-fêtards, désolé.

We live a quiet life so no partiers please. Quiet time after 10 pm. Visits of friends to the property is not encouraged and must be requested.

So tranquil

This property was so beautiful inside and out. The fall colours were striking. Very quiet and relaxing, just what we needed!! We loved exploring some of the beaches nearby and the East Sooke Regional park!

Tranquil paradise

This property is quiet, peaceful, and breathtaking. Situated waterfront, we were able to sit on the dock morning and night enjoying the views and the wildlife. We would definitely rerun here for another getaway.

A Tucked Away Gem

This is our second time staying here. We love it! The host is lovely! Beautiful property with a great view of the ocean on a bay. The cottage is well appointed, very clean and a comfortable bed. We loved having a dock to walk down to and a place to sit and crab.

Authentic west coast

Authentic west coast. Ocean to the front rainforest to the back so relaxing I would recommend for anyone looking to kayak hike or have a romantic getaway with a loved one.

A Great Stay in East Sooke

Two of us stayed here at the beginning of July. Our two weeks here were very pleasant: The extremely clean lodging was stocked with all the kitchen supplies one could need for cooking. The location was near a variety of walking options as well as the East Sooke Grocer and General Store, and its outside food trucks. Furthermore, the view over the Sooke Basin was endlessly relaxing and entertaining. Thank you, Sharon and Joe!

Peaceful and wonderful

We stayed for 4 nights and it was just as-advertised. Clean, very well appointed, organized and responsive communication, great kitchen, very comfortable bed, private, nice outdoor spaces. Highly recommend. Beautiful beaches and hikes. My only advice to others is to make sure to get gas in Victoria or Sooke-- nothing else in between or up the coast until Port Renfrew and that one closes very early!

Lovely spot. Great property. Away from it all….literally. Partial ocean view unfortunately given the vastness available of the basin. Peer takes away a bit of the view that is there but being able to access it is a plus.

The beautiful accommodations are exactly as advertised. Super clean and well stocked! The grounds are magical and the view spectacular! We were even visited by a family of deer one morning! Clean and cozy

The property is exactly as the pictures show. No issues with check in and finding the property. We did encounter 2 issues: 1. The post noted breakfast items (bread, fruit, yogurt) were to be provided daily but to also bring ones own groceries. After communication with Sharon I was told there was an error in the post and breakfast would not be provided (A small compensation for this would have been appreciated). 2. There was only 1 roll of bathroom tissue and 1 roll of paper towels. After contacting Sharon regarding the bathroom tissue she immediately brought us another roll. Other than those issues, all was worthwhile. Particularly, the views and sunsets were spectacular. I would stay here again.

We loved our stay at Sharon & Joe's VRBO. There is a view of the water from every room! East Sooke is a remote & beautiful area of Vancouver Island so it is a true get away. There are several Canadian parks within a short distance for hiking, kayaking & nature. The hosts are accommodating & the apartment is immaculate & comfortable. We highly recommend this East Sooke Escape!!

Fantastic Stay

Exceptional vacation rental, exactly as pictured, well outfitted, and ideally located to some of the best hiking and biking trails. East Sooke is a fair distance from restaurant, grocery options so ensure you stock up before you arrive. The area is quiet and peaceful. Had a wonderful stay.

Wow. Perfect spot

What a location. Water and peacefulness abound. The accommodations were very comfortable (and the coffee excellent). But the view of the water and the dock and lovely Sharon and Joe were the highlight. Highly recommend for an unplug vacation.

We two were here for 10 days at the end of June. We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was perfect for us: - well-located for walking and exploring - immaculately clean - kitchen stocked with what you’ll need if you cook your meals - very quiet: insulated from any upstairs noise - view of the water right out your front window / patio The hosts, Sharon and Joe, are welcoming and pleasant. Should you prefer, access can be contactless.

Lovely, little place.

This is a clean, cozy and comfortable place to relax and unwind after a day exploring the island. We enjoyed watching the sea otters, crab, and jellyfish from the dock. Had a great time!

Great water view

Exceptionally clean and well maintained, with plenty of empty cupboards in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom for your own food and belongings. We loved the fantastic water views from all the rooms, the dock, and being so close to East Sooke Regional Park. We would definitely recommend this place and we would be happy to return.

Long Weekend Getaway

We loved it! It was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean, the bathroom's in-floor heating was so amazing, we sat outside on the comfy outdoor sofa facing the water and enjoyed the fresh, crisp March air every day even when the weather was a bit drippy. The parking was convenient and the dock was easy access for our kayak. We want to stay again, only longer. Thank you!!!!

The place was great.

The location was close to East Sooke Park, about 25 min. from Sooke. Beautiful view of Sooke and inlet. The suite was very comfortable, and clean. It had all the amenities and more! The views from each room were wonderful. We had a very wet weekend and it was great to arrive each evening to such a warm and lovely space.

Relaxing and peaceful spot

We had such a wonderful getaway and the suite was perfect! It met all of our needs and the king bed was super comfortable. The location is so close to all of the trails in East Sooke Regional Park which we took full advantage of. Overall we loved our stay and would book again!

My husband Joe and I welcome guests to our beautiful oceanfront home. We feel blessed to live in East Sooke with it's natural beauty and wildlife and love to share it. Our kids are all grown up now so we converted their rooms into a separate completely private suite, it is brand new! My spare time is spent gardening, with flower gardens and a large vegetable garden which suits my other love of cooking as organically as possible. I also work as a bookkeeper right down the road in a great non-profit organization Royal Canadian Marine Search & Rescue.

When we were looking to purchase property we wanted waterfront, who doesn't! When we landed in East Sooke it was a fabulous May weekend and we fell in love with the natural beauty and serenity of the area. We can't imagine living anywhere else. If you love the outdoors this is the spot for you.
