Great place near the beach. Awesome rental for a Starship launch. You can even see the launch towers from the condo.

Won’t stay here again

The location is ok, other condos we have stayed at you could walk to the beach easily. The pool is cold and the hot tub was lukewarm at best. Our power went out at 5pm one night. Our unit was the only unit without power. I had to keep calling to tell them the power was still out. I was told numerous times the power would be back shortly. They told me that if it wasn’t resolved they would find a place for us. At a little after 9 pm (after me calling again) I was told that the power would not be back until the morning. I was told I would get $150 refund ( 2 night stay) even though our 12 night stay was $1600 and that I would have to find my own hotel at my own expense. I complained to Vacassa telling them I didn’t feel that was a enough due to us losing a night and our groceries in the fridge/freezer. Vacassa is great to use if your property has no issues, but if you do have issues don’t expect them to be very helpful. We have used Vacassa for over 5 years and won’t use them again, we’ll use Airbnb or VRBO.

Upon arrival, everything appeared as described for the rental. Although, more attention needs to be taken to the floor s . We had all the comforts of home and we really enjoyed the pool.Thank you

It was very comfortable and clean but the elevator was broken so it was not handicap friendly.

Nice place!

loved the unit. Very nice and well located on the best beach section. Everything clean and nice. I will come back. The only negative thing is the mosquitos , they were not inside the apartment but fully in the property. Very insane amount. Overall a great apartment. Thank you

Good for the price!

Overall the place was nice. Very spacious and a great location for access to the bridge. My two biggest complaints would be that the Water Pressure was terrible and the "Hot" Tub was not hot.

Not bad - but room for improvement!

Biggest complaints are that the hot tub wasn't hot (that was one of my must haves when I was searching), and the water pressure was terrible. Also - the pots and pans were in pretty rough shape and we ending up buying a cheap set to use for the week. Other than that, the place was a nice size - perfect for our family of 5 and hosting a Christmas dinner for 7, and the location is nice, except the path to the beach is a little strange having to cut through a couple parking lots in search of the access point. I guess for the price it was acceptable, but a few little improvements would have made a big difference.

We appreciate your feedback, David. The hot tub is regulated by the HOA who keeps it at the same temperature as required by city rules. The owner has replaced the pots and pans. We hope to see you again!

Nice Condo

We stayed for 5 weeks, after getting a few small maintence issues taken care (they were here right away) we have really enjoyed our stay. Great location & a 5 min walk to the beach. Very nice pool area but it was too cool to use it. The complex is kept very clean, someone is always cleaning. The condo is furnished very nicely, comfortable beds and kitchen is stocked so we could cook meals. Hoping to rent the same unit next year.
