Not your ordinary South Padre one bedroom condo! This sixth floor condo has been beautifully remodeled and tastefully decorated with a private balcony overlooking the pool! Gulfview I is a small resort district complex and right next door to the Beach Park at Isla Blanca. Combine this condo with several others in Gulfview I & II to accommodate groups as large as 60!

For a couple looking for a special retreat or a family, this condominium provides an economical way to enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer with much more space than a hotel room. Take a short walk through the grounds to the beach (just minutes away) or to a fun family day at the waterpark next door. Enjoy the great pool and hot tub area that Gulfview I offers or hop on the Island Metro, South Padre Island's free bus transportation, to go anywhere on the island. Explore the Laguna Madre or the Gulf of Mexico.

The kitchen features a large island that serves as dining space and is fully equipped for cooking in, but there are also picnic tables and BBQ grills poolside if you prefer to enjoy your meal al fresco. If, however, you wish to dine out every night, you are only minutes away from the entertainment and dining venues that South Padre Island offers.

As listed, wonderful gem!

Enjoyed the stay and will definitely book again. I only have one issue, but that’s because I’m short lol! Those beds are very high, but so comfortable. I’ll be bringing a step stool next time. Loved how relaxing and calming the place was, and I loved how cold the room was for us when we got there!

Labor Day Getaway

Condo was just right for me an my husband, but will fit six people with plenty of room. The beach was walking distance and the pool was great!. The kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to cook. Overall we had a great time and would book here again.

Fantastic Stay!

Everything was as the expected and perfect for what we needed. The place was clean, quiet, and hospitable. They have a wonderful pool and jacuzzi setup and our kids may have liked it more than the beach! Most of the other guests were families as well so it perfect!

The condo had everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. It was close to the depot for free transportation, so we used that often to get to restaurants and attractions. It was also quite close to the beach.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was perfect! We truly enjoyed our visit. The building itself is a little outdated but the owner really went out of their way to update the condo. AC was cold we didn't have any issues with it at all. The mgmt staff kept the swimming pool clean. We loved the swimming pool the most. I would book this condo again.

Great Condo

Awesome Condo and Location. Close to beach - walking distance. Pool Area and accommodations were excellent. Security /w cameras are great for feeling safe with family.
