We are pleased to offer this two bedroom two bathroom villa located on the popular Mar Menor Golf Resort.

The Villa has a large roof of terrace, air-conditioning, covered downstairs terrace and comfortable living space. There are two double bedrooms as well as a sofa bed available in the living room and a well equipped kitchen.

Guests staying at the villa have access to the community swimming pools through the use of wristbands

Villa Azul is well located close to Club MMGR where you’ll find the padel courts, fun golf, a gym, and heated pool payable locally. Their clubhouse serves a selection of food and drinks and is available to everybody.

The local Spar is a short walk and provides all the essentials. The 5* Ona Hotel is a short walk where there is often entertainment along with a bar, restaurant and Spa facilities. Just outside of the Mar Menor Golf Resort you will find the Boulevard with a selection of bars and restaurants.

Golfers are well catered on the Mar Menor Golf Resort with access to the Jack Nicklaus designed golf course.

The local beach town of Los Alcázares is approximately 10km from the Villa. Whilst Cartegena is approximately 20km and Murcia is 50km.

We are delighted to welcome guests to stay at our villa on the Mar Menor Golf Resort. We have been visiting the area since 2014 when we fell in love with the local beaches and general vibe in the area.
The Resort provides us with a base to relax, recharge and socialise as well as explore the local culture, history, cuisine and nature. We are always finding new places to visit, things to try and restaurants to eat at. We love to share our experiences, so if you have any questions please just ask.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The MMGR provides a great base to chill and take it easy or to go and explore.
Within easy driving distances, you have the Mar Menor mud baths, flamingo breeding grounds and salt flats. Or take a visit to La Manga and have fun choosing between the Mar Menor (Little Sea) and the Mediterranean Sea.
If history is your thing, a trip to the Roman Amphitheatre and Cartegena should be on the list. Or visit the local cities of Murcia and Alicante.
If the kids are with you, there are local water parks, go karting, trampolining parks, bowling and outdoor activities sites nearby and entertainment on the resort,
As it’s Spain, there’s almost always a Fiesta or Carnival and these are always worth adding to your itinerary.

Villa Azul is a spacious 2 bedroom villa with one full bathroom and a large shower room providing great accommodation for families or for friends. Beds can be configured as singles or doubles (with the exception of the double sofa bed).
The kitchen is well equipped for home cooking.
Parking is available on the (compact) driveway or in front of the villa. We find the location to be very central for much of what the resort has to offer.
