This was our second time at La Casa and our family of four couldn’t have had a better time. This property had everything we needed and was very clean and well maintained. The owners are very pleasant to deal with and made the entire process easy and enjoyable.The views from the patios are amazing. The bedrooms are spacious and the kitchen is stocked with anything you’ll need. We’d absolutely stay here again!!

Clean and comfortable

The house was very clean and well stocked. It has a great unobstructed view of the lake as well. The driveway is very small, and only really fits 1 vehicle so plan accordingly. Rahul was very quick and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful Stay

We had an amazing stay at this cottage. The view was absolutely gorgeous, the resort amenities were perfect and the home was bright, fresh + exactly what we needed. The resort amenities include the pool, mini golf, the lake (with trampolines out on the water), a restaurant and market; I’m sure that I’ve left something out. With the trampolines out on the lake, this was the first time that our children have ever chosen the lake over the pool. We all had such an amazing time here and we can’t wait to come back! The location is a bit of a drive. Westside Road is a long windy road, which takes about 45 minutes to get to Vernon or West Kelowna.

Beautiful place to stay

We had a great experience staying here. The owner was very responsive and helpful (even when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the place). The view was gorgeous and the cottage was very well stocked and organized. My kids had a blast in the lake and the pool. We had a very nice family vacation.

Fabulous view

We enjoyed our stay and loved sitting out each night looking out at the fabulous view of the lake. This property is close to the pool, tennis courts and store. It is clean, comfortable and well stocked with cooking needs, spices, toiletries. There are games, beach gear, and entertainment system. Beds are comfortable, pull down sofa is a little hard but fine for one person. We would recommend booking ahead any outside activities such as golf carts (handy for going up and down the hill), boat rentals or wine tours. They are not close by and book up early. Also, if you plan on using the beach a lot, it is rocky, you will need water shoes Thanks Rahul for the great cottage to stay.

Great lake views and wonderful vacation cottage

We had a wonderful short vacation here! The cottage was really clean, nicely appointed with everything we needed; the owner was friendly and accommodating. The lake views were amazing (2 decks) - morning or evening. We highly recommend renting this getaway, we just wish we stayed longer…

This home is beautifully set up with a great location, great home, beautiful view of the Okanagan and the amenities are awesome! Communication with the owners is fabulous and all my questions were answered quickly. The home itself is well appointed and very clean. We had zero issues with the home and it’s as advertised from the add. My family and I would not hesitate to stay in this home and location again.

Rahul’s place is a gem with the best unobstructed views of the Okanagan Lake. The owner himself is very friendly, attentive and responsive. The communication was great. Me and my cousin had an amazing time at the cottage. Our experience was above and beyond what we imagined it would be. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you, Rahul.

Excellent! Exceeded expectations

Fantastic! The property, the cottage, the view, the amenities are all excellent. Enjoyed our time at the beach and the two pools. The fire pit on the top deck was a nice way to end the evenings while we enjoyed a game of Jenga overlooking the beautiful lake. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. We are so glad we stumbled upon this community. Would definitely return. Thank you Rahul for being a great host.

Nice house. Overall very disappointed

Rented for 10 days based on the description of property. Very isolated, 20 minutes from outskirts of Kelowna. Never faster than 45 minutes to go to grocery store. Short walk to beach- there is no beach. It’s a narrow strip of rocks. Short walk- straight downhill for 10 minutes. Then straight up to return. There is a pool area within walking distance- packed with little space, too small to swim in. One day there was poop in pool. We left half way through reservation.

We were very pleased with the location, the property, and the overall resort. If you are looking for a quiet, clean place to stay in the area this is an excellent choice. The house was well equipped and had a beautiful view. Our kids enjoyed the pools and beach.

Comfortable Modern Cottage Getaway!

We usually stay in Kelowna and wanted to try something new. Found this Cottage home in La Casa in between Kelowna and Vernon and it was a perfect place for our family of 5. The view from the Patio is beautiful - especially viewing the early morning sun shining off the lake. The cottage is located ideally as you can walk to the pool and tennis court. Going to the lake and beach area was a little easier to drive to due to the inflatable tubes and toys. However, the trail to the lake from the house is not far. The kids enjoyed the water trampolines and the parents enjoyed the sun and relaxation. The neighbours were also quite friendly. The house itself is beautiful with a nice simple modern decor. It had everything we needed. The owner is very organized and sent a detailed booklet for everything we needed for our stay. He was also helpful in answering any questions we had prior to the trip. Even though we had no reason to call him - I know he would have been responsive if I had called. Would definitely book another stay here again.

House and pools were great. "Beach" was terrible.

The house and pools at the resort were really nice. We did go down to the beach one time for only about 10 minutes. We were surprised by how rocky it was. La Casa clearly puts a lot of money into their resort; we were expecting a sandier beach. Bring your water shoes. Otherwise everything at the house was great. Unfortunately the neighboring (empty) lot will no longer be available for parking. While we were staying there the new owners stopped by and put up a chain so that people could no longer access the space with their vehicles. This will leave very little parking at the rental as the driveway is quite small.

brand new and great

This was our 3rd trip to La Casa. Each time, we join up with 2 other families. The resort is fantatic and we'll be back for a 4th trip. During our 3 trips we've had a chance to see a total of 9 cabins. By far, Rahul's is the most modern, its super clean and in great shape. All the blinds are on remote controls (kids loved that) and the decor is very sleek. He does a great job of providing a manual/signage that shows you how to operate all the fancy gadets. The best part is that the concrete patio with BBQ is always in the shade. This patio area has an amazing veiw of the lake and it was a great place to sit and relax. If you want direct sun, you can always go to the upstairs deck. We preferred the patio during the day and the upper deck at night. The portable propane "fire table" on the upper deck was great at night. Due to the adjacent empty lot parking was super easy and abundant. Would definetly stay in this cabin again !!

Phenomenal views and stay!

We LOVED our stay at La Casa Resorts, especially in Rahul's condo/cabin. Everything was virtually brand new and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with every utensil and gadget you would need. It was sparkling clean. The views were absolutely some of the best we've seen. The balconies were perfect to see the sunrise each morning. The lake is clean, neighbors are friendly and quiet. The pools are nice, a great play space for kids. We loved having a tennis court and beach volleyball pit available. Water trampolines were amazing! Communication with Rahul was among the best we've experienced. We appreciated his attention to detail and prompt responses. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend it to anyone, especially couples or families!

Great family summer getaway

Nice place for a peaceful, enjoyable family vacation! The home was beautiful, clean, and felt brand new. The community was very peaceful and friendly. The kids had a ton of fun at the communiy pool and playground. The restaurant and store was really handy. No complaints at all!
