Nouveau Lakeside / Lakeview 2 Bed / 2 Ba Luxury Condo

Calendrier d'été ouvert le 1er mars 2020: locations 7 jours uniquement en été. Location mai / juin 3 jours minimum.

Nouveau condo vue sur le lac à distance de marche de la plage Mckinley, à proximité des vignobles, des terrains de golf et de toutes les activités de l'Okanagan. Le point culminant de ce nouveau condo comprend deux fabuleux terrasses couvertes avec vue sur le lac avec barbecue au gaz naturel, table à manger, chaises longues et coin salon confortable. Le bùtiment dispose d'un bain à remous / barbecue sur le toit et d'une piscine à débordement (achevée en juin 2020) avec vue sur la marina ainsi qu'une plage et une marina à 5-10 minutes à pied. Les clients de l'immeuble bénéficient également de tarifs de location avantageux sur un bateau de croisiÚre, des kayaks et des planches à pagaie.

Dans ce condo, vous trouverez tout ce dont une famille active a besoin: de la place pour mettre des vĂ©los; chaises de plage et serviettes de plage fournies; une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e avec cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz; laveuse / sĂ©cheuse dans la suite; et tĂ©lĂ©viseurs dans chaque chambre avec cĂąble et Netflix .. Vous y trouverez Ă©galement tous les petits appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, dont une cafetiĂšre, un grille-pain et un mixeur. Je vous offre mĂȘme du cafĂ© (au congĂ©lateur pour garder au frais), des Ă©pices et des condiments.

** Veuillez me contacter si vous souhaitez pré-commander l'épicerie pour vos vacances. Je peux le faire livrer le jour de l'arrivée - un préavis de 2 semaines est requis pour la livraison. La pré-commande et l'auto-ramassage sont disponibles avec un préavis de 24 heures auprÚs de Save-on-Foods à proximité.

La chambre principale a un lit King avec 400 draps de fil, une grande salle de bain avec double lavabo et grande douche ainsi que sa propre terrasse avec des chaises longues. La deuxiÚme chambre dispose de lits superposés doubles / doubles et d'une porte escamotable dans la salle de bains avec baignoire. Toutes les salles de bains sont entiÚrement équipées de serviettes, shampoing, revitalisant et nettoyant pour le corps.

Il y a un parking souterrain sécurisé pour 1 voiture pour se protéger du soleil d'été, et un parking dans la rue si vous avez plus d'un véhicule.

J'ai essayé de fournir tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour des vacances d'été parfaites, à moins d'un chef privé ou d'un chauffeur;).

A relaxing and very enjoyable stay. We really appreciated having the 2 decks to spend outside and a great set of shutters to block the late afternoon sun when needed. Sage was great to work with and extremely responsive.

Quick trip with hubby

Property was perfect for us. Very clean and well equipped. Great for families with the second bedroom. Beautiful views! Fairly close to Kelowna which is what we were looking for (not too close but close enough) We will be back!

Great escape with a view

Lovely spot to relax and enjoy time with the family

Very much enjoyed our time in Sage's roomy and modern apartment during Christmas break, overlooking Okanagan lake. Lovely walks to the beach and around the colour-lit neighborhood. We will look forward to going again, when we can.

Great views

This location was the perfect size for our Family. The owner was in contact with us to ensure that we had everything we needed. The VRBO is located close to everything anyone would want to have a great vacation. Beaches, Hiking, Biking, Kayaking, Fruit picking Wineries and restaurants. And to top it off Fantastic views from the condo.

Beautiful, well equipped condo with great views. Neighbourhood is great for short walks to the beach, but fairly steep. Communication with Sage was very easy and he always replied promptly. We would stay here again!

Easter/Birthday get away!

Beautiful property with breathtaking views! Our family of four enjoyed everything this property has to offer! The owner made some great recommendations for wine tastings! We all agree our favourite dinner was right here with views like this and everything you need to cook with! The owner has thought of every detail! Would definitely recommend!

Lovely Get Away

Had an incredible get away to Lake Country with my Husband and our Dog. Wonderful community, walked down to the beach everyday and let our dog swim. Quiet and peaceful. Pictures do not do it justice, the views are incredible. House was spotless and Sage was wonderful to communicate with. Definitely will be back!!

Great location, refreshing pool!

Communication with Sage was easy as she was always very quick to respond and full of information. The condo is spacious and worked perfectly for our family of four, well actually our furry family of five! Beach is rocky, but close and the underground parking is definitely a bonus with the heat of the summer! The onsite pool is a refreshing, cool end to a hot day! This place is a for sure recommendation!!

Fabulous property. It was ideal for us in many ways. Extremely clean and well-equipped. Sage, the host, was a fantastic communicator. Everything was as advertised and expected. We parked outside because we had a box on top of our vehicle, but there is lots of street parking. We took the short drive into Kelowna for all of our meals, but this condo is fully equipped to do all of your own cooking. Close to UBCO, Lakeside and Kelowna. Outstanding!

Outstanding property

This VRBO property exceeded our expectations. We have booked VRBOs in various locations in the USA and Canada over the past few years and this one ranks at the top. The pictures do not do it justice. Very high end development and superbly maintained unit. We could have stayed here longer and it would have felt like our home away from home. All details are thought through in this unit - so much was provided that isn't normally in other rentals. We are already talking about going back! You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful condo and location

Great location!

We loved staying in McMinley landing - great location close to the airport and Kelowna and easy to do day trips from. Access to the marina at McKinley was also great. Sage was super responsive to all our queries and her condo is very nice with lots of room for our family of 4.

I grew up in Kelowna on an orchard in Rutland. After years in the big city (Vancouver), I have finally realized my first step in getting back to my hometown by purchasing this condo for family vacations and to share with others wanting to experience the Okanagan delights.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I like an active vacation with my family and this condo suits me and the family perfectly. After a day of hiking or biking in the nearby hills, I can park the bikes in the laundry room, throw the dirty clothes in the washer, wander down to the beach for a dip or a paddle board, then come home to sit on the deck with a glass of wine and marvel at the view. The kids can hang out after an active day watching Netflix on the TV. On lazier days, I'll lay by the pool while the kids splash, and then we'll all go up to the hot tub to watch the sun set, or spend the day down at the lake, followed by dinner at a winery. I can also send my husband and kids out to the golf course to get a few hours peace and quiet to relax in this spectacular space.

This condo has it all: pool, hot tub, room for bike storage, hiking trails, walk to the beach and an absolutely INCREDIBLE view from either of the two decks. Not to mention tons of space and high end finishes in the condo, with everything you (or I!) may need for a vacation.
