An open-plan living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting area, a utility room and separate sitting room with a woodburner. Oil central heating, electric oven and hob, microwave, family 70/30 fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Fuel, power, and starter pack for the woodburning stove are included in the rent, as well as bed linen and towels. Highchair and travel cot are also available. The property offers ample gated off-road parking and an enclosed garden with a lawn, slated area, patio, bench, and picnic bench. Pets and smoking are not permitted. The nearest shop is 2.4 miles away, and the pub is just 1 mile from the property. Good housekeeping bond for 350 sterling pounds. Please note the property has a minimum of 3 nights stay. Please note there is CCTV which points away from the property onto the driveway/parking area for security purposes.
