Great Place!

Great place in a great location. The entire condo building was well maintained and clean, even the landscaping in the parking lot. All appliances worked great and were new. Unit is well equipped.

Ideal condo,

We absolutely loved this condo! You cannot have a better view, of the beach and ocean.The condo has everything you need and it is so nicely decorated and very comfortable beds, couches, and great incliners on the balcony! We loved the quiet yet close to great restaurants, shops, activities for kids! The beach is very clean! We will be back ! The owner was extremely helpful and attentive to anything we needed..

Great Owner & Beach w/Some Issues

If this review was just based on the owner, her responsiveness and the beach location, this would be 5-stars, but unfortunately all factors need to be taken in to account. POSITIVES - the beach had less people than other areas on OCMD - the view from the balcony was breathtaking for sunrise - plenty to eat and do in the area of OCMD NEGATIVES - there are no pictures of the bathrooms in the advertisement. When asked the owner said they are great, but in reality they are run down and need to be renovated (note: the owner said she was going to do this soon) - water heater broke during stay - we reset the breaker and it started working again. Advise you can only get 1.5 showers before hot water runs out - the front door lock stopped working (electronic) while we were there so we got locked out. She said that was a problem and was going to get it replaced, but why not replace it right away and not let it keep happening. - the balcony floor was very dirty and I don’t think they have ever wiped it down. - there is carpet in the bedrooms which in a rental is a very bad idea because it is filthy. The owner mentioned the place is very nice, so we thought the carpet would be somewhat new and it was not. - the refrigerator door felt like it didn’t always close fully. There was a note from the owner to push hard, but I still believe it doesn’t hold the cold well - the dishwasher didn’t work. We brought our detergent and nothing would get clean. We just used paper/plastic after we realized, but we weren’t prepared to do that. - parts of the hardwood floor are missing in the kitchen area - from screen door was broken - screen and the self-close arm was falling off - THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE, but a heads up: if you have small children (we have 1 and 4), this place is NOT conducive to having them there with glass lamps, glass windows in the wall unit, and plugs/wire exposed.

Our building is 35 years old. Our bathrooms have been updated and we do plan for new carpet in bedrooms and further upgrades to baths but were cancelled due to the virus. We have one loose plug and one mirrored wall. Our unit is equipped with everything under the sun along with upgraded tableware and cookware.. it is a really nice place and does not deserve this negative review.

Nice condo in a good location. The kitchen was not very organized and there was not a lot of room for out items in cabinets in kitchen and bedroom/bathrooms.

Wonderful condo!

Everything about this experience was well above our expectations. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated and provided us with a fabulous ocean view. I was astonished to find first class appliances as well as first class cookware. These were fabulous. The unit was also equipped with a cart which made moving in easy. The full size washer and dryer was certainly a plus. We can’t wait for next year to spend our vacation here again.

The property owner was the best. Very professional and caring for my wife and I. The place was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. Definitely would recommend and would definitely go back.

Beautiful!

The place is gorgeous. Everything you would need is there; a cart to take everything to the beach - and one to tote stuff from the car to the condo as well. The view is great and the kitchen is better stocked than anywhere I have stayed previously. The bedrooms are nice sized and comfortable. This is our second year and we plan on coming back again and again!

Beautiful Condo

Stayed at this condo last week and can't say enough about how great this place was. The kitchen had everything you could want and the newly upholstered furniture was beautiful. The bedrooms were nice size and comfortable. Outdoor furniture on the deck was great. It was very quiet and an easy walk to the beach. The condo had a dolly for moving luggage and other necessities easily and also had a beach cart! I hope to stay here again next year.
