Ocean view condo in an oceanfront building, just steps to the beach and Atlantic Ocean - 2 pools! This amazing, 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom is north facing on the 3rd floor. You'll love the ocean view from the private balcony, where you can relax and enjoy sights and sounds of the ocean. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen that accommodates all of your cooking needs. The main bedroom offers a king-sized bed, and the second bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed and a twin size rollaway stored in the closet for extra sleep space so you can sleep 6 people comfortably. You'll also enjoy central air conditioning (new in 2024), free high-speed internet/wi-fi, and a washer and dryer. The living room offers cable TV and a DVD player while the TVs in the bedrooms are Smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows (using your login credentials.) In addition to the condo's amenities, the building offers a range of activities for you to enjoy. The building has tons of amenities including an outdoor pool with a large sun deck, an indoor pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, game room with pool tables, ping pong tables and pinball machines. You'll also enjoy a deli for breakfast and lunch, two saunas, a seasonal snack bar and 24-hour security!

Please note Quay has a $100 building amenity use fee. This building resort fee includes one parking space for the duration of your stay. Additional spaces are available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis at $12/ day or $75 for the week. This fee is NOT INCLUDED in your final reservation price and will need to be paid at the building upon arrival.

*Comforters/blankets and pillows are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $110. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soap and paper products.

**We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
