Perfect for families, friends & couples who like privacy & comfort. Two peaceful bedrooms with one UK King size bed & one UK Double bed & two bathrooms, one with bathtub, other with shower.

Transport links are the best in London, where you are a short train to the best attractions, shopping & universities.

We have two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms for your comfort.

One bedroom has a UK King size bed and the second bedroom has a UK Queen size bed. Flat sheets provided on request.

The living room has a Smart TV and we have portable fans and a portable air conditioning unit that works with ice packs (not US style integrated air con).

The home is 50sqm plus a 10sqm balcony terrace.

We can provide a cot and a high chair, however these need to be booked in advance and may be reserved by other guests so please request them early on.

We are able to provide on-street parking at about GBP35 a day. Note this is public parking on a first come basis but our street always has availability. There is also a charging unit for electrical cars right outside the property but this should be booked separately.

There is a portable Air conditioning unit, using ice packs from the freezer.

Close to Olympia overground train - excellent to reach across london from Gatwick airport, to the Olympic Park, Hackney Wick & East London.

Minutes away are Barons Court & Earls court tube stations with Piccadilly line, that gets you to London`s most famous attractions, theatres and sights.

Within walking distance, 10-15 minutes, is the iconic River Thames with many scenic restaurants and bars. including the romantic Michelin star: The River Cafe - do book in advance.

Also within walking distance is the Design Museum, Olympia exhibition hall and restaurants, as well as Imperial university.

We kindly ask that you remove your shoes in the entrance corridor. We’re big fans of keeping things clean!

Hosting parties is not allowed, and any damage to the property must be compensated.

Smoking or e-smoking is only permitted in the outdoor garden/patio area. A fumigation fee of £500 will be charged if any smoke smell is detected inside the property.

Our listing price is for 2 guests. An additional charge of £30 per night applies for each extra guest. Please specify the total number of guests when making your booking request. If additional guests are joining partway through your stay, let us know so we can adjust the price accordingly.

A £150 charge will apply if any pets are found on the premises, whether visiting or staying.

Please follow the bin instructions outlined in the house manual. Food delivery or shopping bags should not be used to dispose of rubbish—please use the provided bin bags and seal them properly before discarding waste.

Use the grey face towels for makeup removal (please reserve the white towels for other purposes). White bathroom towels should only be used for personal hygiene. Kitchen towels and paper towels are available for other tasks. If you notice any stained towels or bedding, please report them.

Please do not flush face wipes, sanitary items, or any other unnatural products down the toilet. Use the bathroom bin provided instead.

We ask that you leave the home as you found it. If anything gets damaged, please let us know. We wish you a wonderful stay!
