The property was clean and in a great location but a smell of dampness hit you as soon as you walk in the door. There's paint blistering on the wall and mould on the skirting board in the bedroom which is due to dampness and you can feel it in your lungs if in the apartment too long

The accommodation has a really good location, but there is absolutely no cell service or Wi-Fi as advertised. The worst part was the mold on the walls; this really needs to be checked. We definitely wouldn't book this accommodation again for that price.

The location is excellent, and the layout and size of the apartment are also good. Unfortunately, the technology didn't work. Both televisions were not working, and even worse, the Wi-Fi didn't work either. This was particularly annoying since there's no network coverage in the accommodation. What disappointed greatly was that no one was reachable to help. I contacted three different phone numbers and tried an email address. After two days, I received a reply that referred me to yet another email address. The service was therefore very disappointing.

We are very disappointed with Expedia and particularly Bellvilla. On this trip through Europe, we booked several services through the Expedia app, both in Spain and France, and had no problems. Upon arriving in Paris and checking into our accommodation, we found a damaged sofa bed, only two towels (we reported our party was of four adults), no internet, no telephone line, no television service, and we weren't even sure if the heating was working properly. We reported this via message, as instructed on Expedia. Receiving no response, we reported it the next day via email to the service provider, but again received no reply. It goes without saying that, being on a trip, we did not have a landline to call. It is important to mention that even the Holafly service we subscribed to was not working at the property, forcing us to get wet and go out into the garden to try to find some kind of signal. On the third day of our stay, the power went out completely, forcing us to book a room at another hotel with the additional economic expense and leave our rented property in the dark. It should be noted that the rest of the building had electricity, except for the basement where the rental apartment is located. Therefore, it is obvious that we properly reported the situation—both through our own channels and those provided by Expedia. The deplorable condition of the property and the service provider's unwillingness to intervene are also evident. We pity any future customers of this place

We had a nice stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and in a very central location, making it easy to explore the city. We also really appreciated having access to a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The only suggestion I would make is to provide a fan in the room during hot weather. With the recent heat, it would have made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a good place to stay.

Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle waren praktisch für späte Snacks, und der Wasserkocher machte meine morgendliche Kaffeeroutine zum Vergnügen. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf eine gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr legt.

Mein Bruder und ich haben 4 Nächte in dieser sehr dunklen Wohnung im EG eines Hinterhofs verbracht. Das Doppelbett im sehr kleinen separaten Zimmer ohne Fenster (nicht angenehm und ohne Luft, so dass man die LAUTE Schiebetür halb offen lassen muss!) war OK, aber die Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer miserabel! Das Licht im Hinterhof war die ganze Nacht an und kam durch das Fenster ohne Gardinen in die Wohnung ... Der Schrank im Wohnzimmer ist schäbig/dreckig und muss unbedingt gewechselt werden! Die Küche ist in Ordnung, aber warum nur ein Kaffelöffel? (Habe ich schon im Büro gesagt) Bad ist bis auf Kleinigkeiten (z.B. . Duschkopf kann man nicht oben festmachen) OK. Insgesamt kann man zusammenfassen: Verhältnis Qualität/Preis stimmt NICHT!

Ich fand es toll, Wäsche waschen zu können und mir keine Gedanken darüber machen zu müssen, zu viele Kleidungsstücke einzupacken. Die Küche war ebenfalls sehr funktional und mit allen wichtigen Kochutensilien ausgestattet.

Mein Aufenthalt hier war einfach traumhaft! Die Aussicht aus dem Apartment war herrlich, und ich genoss meinen Morgenkaffee mit diesem Ausblick. Die Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe waren fantastisch, und dank der nahegelegenen Vélib-Station konnte ich die Stadt wunderbar mit dem Fahrrad erkunden. Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der Paris erleben möchte!
