We enjoyed staying at the apartment. The only issue for us was we were told we could enter the apartment early, but the key was not where it was supposed to be, and we had at least 30 minutes waiting for someone to help.

Points forts : Emplacement
Points faibles : Propreté, arrivée, communication et exactitude de l’annonce.
Our stay at this Paris apartment was ruined by severe cleanliness issues and major check-in failures.Check-In & CommunicationThe initial property voucher listed one address for key collection, but a last-minute email sent right before arrival changed the location. Traveling all day, we missed this last-minute update and arrived at the wrong spot. Phone support was completely unreachable, leaving us stranded on the street with our luggage for hours before we figured out what happened. Once inside, the Wi-Fi credentials in the house handbook were incorrect, requiring tedious troubleshooting. Only one set of keys was provided for three adults, and no garbage disposal instructions were available.Property Condition & HygieneThe apartment layout is fine, but the hygiene was awful:Floors were so filthy our feet turned black walking around. The microwave, stove, and bathroom backsplash were unwashed.Kitchen cupboards contained leftover trash, and cigarette butts sat on the window sill upon arrival.Missing basic kitchen essentials (no drinking glasses, no bread knife) and paper supplies.Bad odors in the fridge and bathroom sink, slow shower drain, and a musty smell throughout.I cannot recommend this listing.

Our stay at this apartment was unfortunately very disappointing due to several issues. We waited 1.5 hours outside the apartment before someone finally arrived to help us get in. We immediately reported that a duvet was missing from one of the beds. The host said he would bring it "right away," but after 2 hours of waiting, I contacted him again and he simply ignored my message. I then contacted someone through the official platform, and he promised someone would come at 8 PM - but nobody showed up. He then told us to leave the key in the lockbox and the duvet would be there when we returned from dinner. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. The apartment was extremely cold. We were provided with a portable heater, but this was not adequate for heating the entire space comfortably.Another concern, the apartment was very dusty, which significantly affected my asthma and made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, missing basic amenities, and cleanliness issues made this a frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this property.
