While the location of the apartment and great and there are some newly remodeled features, the rooms are not as large as pictured online. Additionally, one of the bathrooms is a tub with a handheld only and no shower curtain or door, so no one can comfortably shower there. That was challenging since we had all of the rooms occupied and everyone having their own shower was part of what drew us to this space. Also, the towels are terrible! Paper thin and one set only per bathroom with not an extra towel in sight! Additionally no extra pillow shams at all! We were happy to have a washer and dryer but the dryer wasn’t working properly at times, which meant much longer dry times. And not having extra towels means having to do laundry more frequently. Not ideal for a vacation! And perhaps one of the things we liked least was the terrible smell coming from two of the bathroom faucets when the shower was on. It was awful and made the entire shower smell like poop! Not sure why that happened, perhaps since it’s a very old building, but yuck! Also, heads up that the condition of the building lobby is awful and quite run down and old. Leave a lot to be desired. The apartment has been remodeled but again, it needs a lot more attention to detail.
