One of our best vacations yet! The house smelt amazing when we walked in, super clean. Easy beach access. Spacious house. Management was super quick and easy to get ahold of. For reference, we had 7 kids and 3 adults and we all fit comfortably.

This was great for our family! Comfortably fit my parents, myself and my husband, and our 2 young kids. The walk to the beach was incredibly easy and close by. We’ll be back!

This house was great for our family beach vacation. There was plenty of room for everybody to sleep and plenty of room for our vehicles and beach stuff. The walk to the beach was short. It was nice to have a hose to rinse off at the house under the stairs when we got back from the beach.

The home was very spacious, absolutely clean, well equipped kitchen and all you have to do is cross the street to get to the beach. The aquarium is 5 minutes away which is fun to see. Staying at the home is very comfortable and near to Carolina Beach and restaurants.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great place for family to relax and BEACH! Close proximity to beach, walking trails around property as well... Super close to Ft. Fisher museum, history, NC Aquarium, and get to Southport! Far enough away from Wilmington, but close enough if you need something! House is well-equipped with everything you need and very clean. Great location!

Short walk across the street to the public beach access and right in-between fort fisher and Carolina beach activities. Located in a quiet area for the family but with plenty of restaurants and places to explore for a weekend getaway. Lots of room for an extended family stay and basic amenities supplied. Be sure to bring your own shower supplies! Overall, great stay!

Perfect for large families!

The house was perfect for our large family! Nice to have multiple decks for the teens and adults to have different spaces if we wanted. Love the open floor plan and having 3.5 baths was awesome! The location is perfect and just a short walk across the street to beach access. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return!

We were three couples ages 23 to 80. The property was tastefully decorated, well supplied, and nicely laid out. It was convenient to the beach and other attractions. We had a lovely, restful stay.

Wedding week

Our youngest son (32) got married at the Autrium in downtown Wilmington, our family stayed with us before and after the event 10/6 23. Great location easy beach access and plenty of restaurants to choose from.

My family and I stayed at this property for a week. Communication with the host was clear and quick. Check in was easy. The house has aged a bit since the pictures but overall it was very nice. We had to re-wash the linens because there was still hair and stains but that is unsurprising considering it was peak season and I’m sure the house was getting flipped quickly. The lay out of the house was very nice. All but one of the rooms had TVs which was a nice amenity. The air conditioner worked well, there was a well stocked kitchen, there was good parking and access to the garage with chairs and toys available. We didn’t use the girl but there was one present. The location of the house is awesome. It’s right before Fort Fisher so traffic is minimal and visiting Fort Fisher was nice. The walk to the beach was super reasonable and the beach was not overcrowded and the other beach goers were polite and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this property and the management company responsible for it.

Memories galore

We had a great time! This house was perfect for our group of 7 and was beautiful. Just a few steps from the beach and lots of room for us all. If you’re thinking about it, just do it you won’t be sorry!

Great location and room for everyone!

Property was clean, and well situated. Close to the beach and activities, but not too close! Far enough from businesses that it is quiet at night. Some activities we enjoyed: ferry to Southport, fishing with Oak Island Fishing Charters and at the Kure Beach Fishing Pier, visiting the Aquarium at Fort Fisher and boogie boarding at the brach's. at Firt Fisheraand

Grand house, even better than expected

Breath Of Heaven From Almost Heaven WV

This property definitely lived up to its description. It is a very comfortable house and accommodated our three families quite well. It is conveniently located to many of the places we always enjoy visiting. My husband and I enjoyed the front porch on a daily basis. It was an added bonus to have necessary supplies on hand when we arrived. We would most likely rent here again!

Great little spot

The house has a great layout for multiple family’s and friends. Kids enjoyed the openness of the downstairs and it was easy to access the areas for larger groups. Bathroom situation couldn’t be better. Beach access is pretty close and manageable. Beach was pretty narrow but that isn’t the property owners control. Was very happy with what we got.

The home was clean, kitchen well stocked, small charcoal grill, all the linens were very nice, plenty of parking , lots of kids beach toys and great location! We enjoyed morning walks, fishing at FF, ferry to Southport, the beach, the pier and nearby restaurants! Weather was perfect. Would definitely rent this home again.
