Bright apartment close to the sea in Marbella. It has a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living-dining room and a balcony with an unmissable sea view! The apartment is distributed as follows:
> Living room: comfortable space with a comfortable sofa bed for 1 guest, facing a Smart TV, below we have an elegant floating rack and the entire space is illuminated by the doors to the balcony.
>Kitchen-dining room: this space offers a large, fully equipped kitchen to enjoy delicious meals, it has ample storage space, complete set of dishes, oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator and extractor fan, plus a large window with a beautiful view. Then the dining area has a modern table with space for four people, it has two chairs and a bench that give a modern style to the apartment.
>Bedroom: It has a 150cm double bed, a light and a nightstand on both sides of the bed, a large wardrobe in the room and a beautiful window with sea views to wake up to the sound of the waves!
>Bathroom: We have a full bathroom, which offers an elegant glass-enclosed stand-up shower, a sink with storage space underneath, a large mirror and a toilet.
> Balcony: This unmissable space offers the most wonderful view of the coast. From this balcony you can enjoy a delicious coffee while feeling the sea breeze. It is the ideal place to relax.
This fresh and stylish apartment is close to shops, restaurants and the beach; and is located in a residential area in a 1970s building complex, with charming and rustic surroundings, the interior of the apartment is modern and stylish. The development also offers a communal tennis court and parking space in the garage.

The âŹ500 deposit must be paid 3 days before the check-in date and is returned 3 days after the check-out date.

Please let us know your arrival time 24 hours in advance to ensure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour late from the scheduled time without notifying us in advance, there will be a 25⏠surcharge.
*Sheets and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests. If you need more, there will be an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.
*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.
*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied minors. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the floor is too dirty an extra charge of âŹ24.20 per hour will be made.
