Perfect location, large terrace overlooking the ocean and mountains with sun in the morning. Bed and bathroom have good proportions. Excellent WiFi, neat interior. Completely matches the photos on the website. Two points of criticism: * The bathroom at the front has a sewer problem, causing a bad odor in the apartment. *Both bathrooms have shower gel and shampoo dispensers, but these are all empty

Wir haben wegen der Kernsanierung der Nachbarwohnung in den 4 Wochen in der Ferienwohnung keine Ruhe gehabt! Die Bauarbeiten haben uns die gewünschte Erholung nicht ermöglicht. Wir sind genervt und stinksauer. Der Ansprechpartner für die Ferienwohnung, vor Ort, hat uns gesagt das er nichts machen kann, leider!! Die erforderliche Baugenehmigung liegt vor! Die Ferienwohnung dürfte unser Erachtens in dieser Zeit nicht vermietet werden. So darf man mit Kunden die Erholung suchen nicht umgehen.

Dear Joachim It is very unfortunate that the apartment next door began works shortly after after your arrival, we went to see them and spoke to the community who said there is nothing we can do, they had deposited a permit with the city hall and we cannot force them to stop apart from week ends when they did not work. We had no knowledge of the works prior to its start. I came to see you many times, was attentive to all your demands (and God knows there were many) I would have appreciated a little mention about the quality of our service.
