Avoid this place! Very disappointing experience overal.Bedspread was visibly dirty &has stain.The apartement was poorly maintained,unhygienic & looked nothing like the photos.There was visible mold & a strong musty smell throughout the space.Communication with management Sh Barcelona was very difficult & unhelpful during our stay. Only the location was decent.

This is what you will expect if you rent this apartment!

Dirty &stain bedspread,broken lamp,found egg on inside lampshade,filthy shower curtain.

The apartment is in a good area and is spacious enough for 6 people as it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; however, I would not recommend staying there. Communication with the property management company was poor from beginning to end, and I had to contact VRBO for help. The walls, especially in the hall, need to be repaired and repainted. The kitchen lacks supplies - not enough cutlery for 6 people, a tiny French coffee press only large enough for 1 cup of coffee when the apartment sleeps 6, no paper towels, napkins or tissues, no basic supplies such as salt, pepper, oil, vinegar etc. The heated towel rack in one of the bathrooms did not work nor did the hair dryer. There were no instructions in the binder left on the table for how to operate the appliances, where to put recycling or check-out procedures etc. It also would have been nice to have information about the neighbourhood such as recommended restaurants, grocery stores and attractions within walking distance.

Located on the first floor of a busy street, but convenient for plenty of shops and walking to nearby sites and metro station. Check-in process is a little stressful as they insist on meeting you with a key. Our flight was delayed and we had to make it though the long line at customs, and they informed us that if we were going to check in too much later, there would be additional charges. There is also only one key, so that makes splitting off from the group very challenging if you need to access the apartment while the one with the key is still out. The bathroom sink was clogged the entire stay. When we messaged them, they said someone would be out the next day, but that never happened. On a positive note, the apartment was pretty clean and had plenty of room for a group of 5 with a nice eat-in kitchen.

This apartment is within one block of la Sagrada Familia! It was the perfect size for our group. We really appreciated having two bathrooms. The check-in process was a little disorganized, but they did accommodate an early check-in time for us, which was great. The kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed, but note that there is no coffee maker, oil or salt/pepper included.
