Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was spacious, clean and bright. Dolors was extremely responsive. The area was quiet. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance. Very close to the Metro.

Nice apartment. I use an electric wheelchair and Dolores was very helpful; she measured the lift and the doors. It would all (just) fit. She just forgot to mention that the entrance has a 10cm step. Fortunately, I had brought small planks (for other occasions). With some aids I brought along and bought, we made it work. Fortunately, my assistant is very handy and he made a sturdy ramp for these 2 weeks.

Check-in was smooth, even though our flight was delayed. Lots of markets and places to eat within walking distance. Metro quick walk as well. Balcony really lets you breathe in the city. Loved our stay and loved Barcelona!

This is a great location with coffee, market, and restaurants nearby. The Metro is close, but we chose to use Cabify instead. We felt safe and appreciated the elevator to get our stuff upstairs. Very nice balcony too. The host was very gracious to meet our needs. Apartment was well supplied except for towels. But we could have used the washer dryer. Would stay again.

The host was very welcoming and I thought was very honest with the good and the bad of the location. It's a very convenient location for getting on the metro (across the street), and the only issue is there is a small social services place halfway up the block, but the people were harmless enough and it was no worse than any city block in any major city. My friend thought he had lost his power block for this laptop in one of the bedrooms and the host tried their best to find it. Nice place.

This was actually our second stay here, and we enjoyed it just as much. All the facilities are nearby, shops, restaurants, and the walk to the main attractions of Barcelona is doable if you are reasonably fit and healthy, though the buses and metro are practically on the doorstep. The apartment itself is basic, clean, well equipped and maintained. Dolors, the host, is communicative and informative and easy to keep in touch with if necessary.

Amazing apartment in an amazing city!

Property was perfect, just what we needed. 3 girls away for a sightseeing weekend. 3 decent sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it really comfortable for the 3 of us. Situated in a great location which made it really easy to get to all the sights, by foot or metro.

Very nice and clean place. Located right near L1 train, which takes you to all places you want to see. We purchased 41 metro/bus pass and never had to wait more than 2 minutes. Neighborhood is safe. Nice coffee shop on corner. Balcony was very nice. Every room has blackout shades which is also a very nice feature. Check in was very easy and Delors was very kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment!

The apartment was exactly what we needed. Close to the bus and metro and a cool place to go after being out in the sun all day. Dolors met us upon our arrival and saw that we got settled and then again as we departed. Communication was quick and easy. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything we needed it to be!

Dolors was a great host. She met us at the apartment and gave us all the information we needed. We found her to be very accommodating and a great communicator. A small cafe on the corner was perfect each morning for breakfast before we were on our way. This apartment met our needs. We also loved that it had an elevator! I would stay here again!!

Our Barcelona Holiday

Very nice and clean apartment. It is in a great location and convenient to all public transportation and really anything you will need to see Barcelona. The host is very nice and met us promptly for the tour. I definitely would recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Barcelona. Just a note that the adjacent property is rather unpleasant to see from the balcony but not really an issue for us.

So convenient and comfortable

We travelled all over Barcelona and took public transit. The station is practically across the street. Dolos was very accommodating, quick to respond and wanted to make our stay good! The apartment was perfect for our group of four people. It was very clean and nice.

First trip to Spain

The apartment was the perfect size with all the amenities provided. It was close to markets and cafes with great pastries. Air conditioning was only available in the living room so sleeping at night during warm season could be uncomfortable. The host was very helpful and personally met with us at checkin to help getting us situated.

Visit to Barcelona

Great location next to the metro making it easy to get around Barcelona. Little confusion with check in by 20:00 which we were unable to keep due to a delayed flight. Doloros met us and showed us all we needed to know about apartment. Responsive when we asked for a trash can for our bathroom.

Great time had by all

I stayed here with my 2 adult kids and it was perfect for us, good basic accommodation, it was clean, functional and well equipped with plenty of amenities on the doorstep, cafe/bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and lovely fruit and veg shops. There is plenty of public transport, but if you're fit and healthy you can put on your comfy shoes and walk most places, la sagrada de familia is closer than we thought! We walked everywhere. We found Dolors to be communicative, accommodating and overall a very good host. Would certainly stay here again if we were to return to Barcelona.

Camp delarp

Good apartment in a very convenient location but very noisy since it faces Ave Meridiana with a lot of traffic. They provide only one towel per person, so if you stay for a while there is not a spared one. The frying pan is old and there are not bowls for salad except a plastic container. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay and felt comfortable
