A stylish holiday apartment for 2 to 4 people with very high ceilings and a large east-facing terrace. The sea is a few hundred meters away, the garden borders directly on the terrace and behind it the slightly undulating landscape of the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. And when the weather outside is raging, the spacious living room with open kitchen and crackling fireplace offers plenty of space for relaxation.

Our quarter impresses with its outstanding architecture and modern, elegant furnishings: high rooms, generously proportioned and some with winter gardens over two floors. There is a fireplace or stove in every apartment. All bedrooms are en suite and in selected apartments there is an indoor sauna in the bathroom of the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality electronic appliances, a washing machine and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board are available in the utility room or bathroom. Each apartment has an extra guest toilet. There are parking spaces for vehicles and bicycle sheds to store bicycles on the site. In the garden there is an outdoor swimming pool for our guests, heated with solar and heat pump energy.
