This luxurious holiday apartment for up to 4 people on two floors impresses with its huge living room with a ceiling height of almost 6 meters, in the middle of which a fireplace flickers. In front of it, two terraces to the south and west with access to the landscaped garden. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the master bedroom has a shower/bathtub with an indoor sauna.

From the gallery on the upper floor you have a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.

Our quarter impresses with its outstanding architecture and modern, elegant furnishings: high rooms, generously proportioned and some with winter gardens over two floors. There is a fireplace or stove in every apartment. All bedrooms are en suite and in selected apartments there is an indoor sauna in the bathroom of the master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality electronic appliances, a washing machine and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board are available in the utility room or bathroom. Each apartment has an extra guest toilet. There are parking spaces for vehicles and bicycle sheds to store bicycles on the site. In the garden there is an outdoor swimming pool for our guests, heated with solar and heat pump energy.
