An Edra Retreats home, this remodelled 165 m² apartment is perfect for groups & families seeking comfort in the city center. On the 1st floor (no elevator), it’s full of light & charm. Just 10m from Intendente metro, you're steps from Lisbon’s vibrant life. Note: Some street noise at rush hour—earplugs provided for light sleepers. Designed for connection, comfort & memorable group stays.

The Space:
The house has plenty of light, with balconies in most rooms, a lot of comfort, all the utilities you might need, including wifi, washer, dryer, plenty of power outlets and central location (but without all the noise from bars in other neighborhoods).

The bedrooms are very flexible, as follows
• Bedroom 1: 3 pax (king bed + single bed)
• Bedroom 2: 2 pax (double bed)
• Bedroom 3: 4 pax (king bed, 2 single beds, baby bed)
• Bedroom 4: 3 pax (bunkbed, single bed)
• Bedroom 5: 2 pax (double bed)
• Bedroom 6: 2 pax (2 single beds)
• Living room: 3 pax (double air mattress, single sofa bed)

A baby chair for meals is also available.

Guest Access:
You will access the house with keypads on both the building entrance and apartment door.

Our neighborhood is 800 meters away from Martim Moniz and Mouraria. These are historical neighborhoods that are currently being revitalized with new restaurants and new cultural attractions.
