It has two bedrooms, one twin room with 2 single beds and one double room with a double bed with up-market mattresses for a great night sleep.

There is a family WC and bath and shower too with your a brand new (2023) with wash machine in the kitchen.

Of course the house comes with, microwave, toaster,, ironing facilities, electric oven and hob with fridge and separate freezer.

This quiet flat is in a small block on the ground floor on a no-through private street and less than a 5-minute walk to Tunbridge Wells railway station. It’s also just behind Tunbridge Wells High Street with numerous privately owned quirky CafĂ©s, with its extensive restaurants , activities, and massive shopping facilities.

Incidentally those looking for a little break and culture-soaking, Royal Tunbridge Wells is one of Kents’ most popular tourist attraction towns to visit. Situated in the High Weald area of outstanding natural beauty, the beautiful spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is well-known for its world-famous gardens, fairy-tale moated castles, and mellow country manors, making it a must-visit amongst locals and day-trippers alike.

Plus everything from pots pans, pizza cutters mixing bowls and all you need to cook in your home.

Dining and Living Space
This large lounge-dinner has a set glass table and 4 super comfy chairs with dining space set for four people with all you need to set breakfast or a cosy night in.

This quirky contemporary design lounge area has everything you might need for a long-term stay and to get nice and conferrable and settled in with the smart TV that provides Netflix, Amazon Prime, ITV Hub, and hundreds of different channels.

Bathroom WC
This spacious bathroom has a W/C, with shower and bath and is equipped with the quality soaps, towels that you would expect.

Cleaning and Laundry
The house also includes a complete range of cleaning and laundry items including iron, clothes drying rack, hoover and cleaning items etc. plus a washing machine in the kitchen and items stored in a cupboard in the hallway.

Double Bedroom
Complete with a brand-new double bed and a top of the range mattress, and clothes rack and hangers.

Twin Bedroom
This second bedroom (twin) is refreshingly large with two single beds and lots of space -complete with a brand-new top of the range mattress, and places to hang your clothes.

Parking
This property comes with one allocated space in front of the building as well as a private lockable garage located a 2 minute walk up the road in Rosehill Gardens.


Guest Access
You will have access to the entire property with keys from a lockbox outside the property.

Other Things to Note
Once you have made your booking you will receive a confirmation email including access and arrival instructions and full directions. There are large refuse bins outside at the front of the property through small gate at to throw away and recycle all your waste as you wish.
