Having been staying in Addaia villas and surrounding area villas for many years villa Elena was disappointing due to its lack of sun until 1500 hours (3pm) onwards and then partial only. If you enjoy being by a pool on a sunshine terrace then give this villa a miss. Pool gets the full sun mid morning but that’s it. Yes it’s in a tranquil area with great views but most of Addaia villas have that. It was a good size overall but needs some updating and a homely feel. Not sure we had cleaners in before we arrived as had to sweep up and mop areas plus terrace was very messy and needed a clean up. Don’t usually write disappointing reviews but need to let others know if you are a sunshine seeker this villa is not for you.

The villa was great for the four of us.

The villa was great for the four of us. There were enough sun-beds so we could all lounge around by the pool. Agni Travel was very friendly.

We had a lovely 10 days in Villa Elena, we felt it would benefit from a bit of an upgrade but other than that it was in a good location and the communication from the owner was excellent.

It was very well equipped and very clean. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoy relaxing here during the whole day and waiting for the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from the balcony.

Exceptionally Villa.

Exceptionally Villa. The bed was very comfortable and the villa was equipped with everything. We will definitely be coming back to Menorca and our families and friends are all now interested to visit too. Great location If you are looking for a true getaway, without the hustle and bustle, in an extraordinary location, this is it! We will definitely be returning soon!

Basic and pricy

We liked the pool and the terrace. If you plan to stay there you should bring anti-mosquito spray. The house inside is basic. The beds were not really comfortable and the sofa in the living room is old and worn out. The curtains in the kitchen were dirty and the kitchen equipment insufficient. For example there were only 4 mugs and no scissors. For us the value for money was not okay.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt gut. Besonders gut hat uns der Außenbereich mit dem Pool gefallen. Die Inneneinrichtung könnte eine Überholung genießen! Die Badezimmer waren in einem nicht so gutem Zustand und es haftete ein feuchter Geruch am Haus. Die Raumaufteilung und Größe der Räume war gut. Für uns zu zweit hat es in der Küche an nichts gefehlt. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und es gibt ein paar Restaurants sowie einen kleinen Supermarkt welche per Fuß erreichbar sind. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
