Absolute condo en bord de mer au dernier étage avec une grande véranda (balcon) offrant une vue encore plus grande. Situé au dernier étage d'un immeuble de quatre étages, cet attique en bord de mer bénéficie de vues de première classe ainsi qu'une excellente proximité de Kona Town et de toutes les activités. Les baleines, les surfeurs et les tortues de mer géantes sont tous vus directement depuis la véranda!

4 chambres au total avec 2 de ces chambres étant maîtres de la suite qui sont en bord de mer avec accès lanai en front de mer.
Grand plan d'étage ouvert avec cuisine mise à jour et beaucoup d'espace de vie pour se divertir et converser. Vues de partout lorsque vous vous déplacez dans cette grande salle.

Plan d'étage parfait pour 2 familles ou une réunion de famille. 2 chambres de chaque côté de la grande salle - espace commun.

Absolute Oceanfront grand (1600+ sq ft) 4 condo de 3 chambres de bain avec grande vue penthouse. Parfait pour 2 à 8 personnes.

Un séjour sans failleOUI nous avons ca !!!!

Détendez-vous à la piscine et au bain à remous. Organisez un barbecue et regardez le soleil se coucher sur le bleu du Pacifique.

Surfer sur les vagues à Magic Sands Beach et profiter d'une plongée en apnée et d'un bain de soleil exceptionnels sur la plage de Kahalu'u; les deux minutes.

Plage de sable blanc et grandes piscines juste sur la propriété. Regarder les surfeurs quand le surf est en haut de votre véranda.

Beaucoup de places de parking couvertes. Ascenseur Sur la location de la plongée avec tuba de la propriété et le célèbre "da Poke Shack" pour une collation hawaïenne.

Beautiful view from lanai. Ac works great but really didn’t need it because of the ceiling fans. Needs some updates especially the doors. The guest room by the front door gets stuck and takes two people to try and open. Maybe replace with newer doors with handles. Overall nice place to stay. Thanks again

Cannot beat the view - fabulous. The unit is older, in need of deep cleaning. Was given incorrect information about use of pool and bathrooms after checkout. Person I spoke with admitted he had never been to property.

Incredible viewBUT during our stay, there was a leak in the closet that resulted in a permanent stain of a skirt. I sent pictures and a request for 75 replacement compensation and no compensation or consideration for the unit repairs that occurred during our stay. The response was that they would discuss this but made no promises. That was 2 weeks ago and I still have not heard.

VRBO was great, enough rooms to accomodate all of us and the 2 ocean facing rooms were beautiful. The kitchen was very handy so we could grocery shop. It was close to most of the excursions we wanted to do. There were games for downtime and also a lot of books to learn about the area. Would 100% stay here again.

Our favorite property of this vacation. Was worried by the reviews, and certainly aspects of the property were dated, but the beds were great and the view and location were fantastic. Bring white noise and earplugs for the back rooms as there is periodic traffic noise. Didn’t see any roaches. Good food in the area. AC was a nice touch. Would stay again.

Great location and really nice property

The property is a little dated but you can’t beat the location. The lanai is huge and we saw a bunch of whales during our stay. Included free parking was nice too.

The view from the balcony was mesmerizing...we spent most of our time while in the condo out there. There could be a little tlc but everything you could need was provided like beach towels, chairs, snorkeling equipment, flippers, binoculars etc.....we didn't have to rent anything but a surfboard and a boogie board. Kitchen is well equipped and i really don't have any bad things to day. i would definitely rent there again.

This was a perfect place to stay. 4 bedrooms a large living/dining area and good kitchen. The location was as advertised. We had great views of the Ocean and the tide pools were just outside our place. A Very large balcony.

Amazing view

While the inside of the unit is a bit dated, it is a great value and the view is amazing. There were only 2 of us so we had a lot of extra room. Check-in process was super easy and we appreciated the late check-out.

Excellent Place to Stay

We loved the space for our family, the proximity to the ocean, and the location on the island. The grills were finnicky, but that's really the only complaint we had. Would love to stay there again!
