Cette maison de 3 chambres au bord du lac est située sur le côté nord du lac Crane à Pickerel, Wisconsin. Le lac Crane est de 355 acres et se connecte au lac Pickerel, qui est de 1274 acres, vous avez donc l'avantage de deux lacs avec une cabine de vacances.

Cette propriété est idéalement située à environ 2 heures au nord d'Appleton et à 3,5 heures au nord de Milwaukee.

Grand parking disponible avec allée en U.

Un sentier de motoneige traverse le lac Crane où se trouve le bateau. Ceci est situé à l'est de la propriété soit sur le lac ou sur la route. Veuillez rouler à vos propres risques lorsque vous roulez sur le lac / la route.

Sentier de VTT à proximité. Prenez Doemel Lane jusqu'à Bartz Bay (à droite) pour vous rendre à Pickerel Lake Road (soumis à une vitesse de VTT affichée de 25 miles par heure et connectez-vous aux sentiers hors route qui commencent à environ 2,5 miles à l'ouest. Vous pouvez accéder aux sentiers Augustyn Spring à partir de là (peut-être deux miles plus loin - principalement des sentiers hors route). Cela se connecte aux sentiers de VTT de White Lake. Vous pouvez vous aventurer plus à l'ouest et vous connecter avec les sentiers de VTT Parrish Highlands. Toutes les routes des villes et des comtés du comté de Forest, à l'exception des autoroutes, sont légales pour les déplacements en VTT. Veuillez contacter Forest County pour toute information mise à jour.

La navigation de plaisance, le ski et la pêche sont tous à votre disposition à partir de cet endroit. Il y a de très belles zones sur le lac où vous pouvez vous baigner en bateau. Le lac Crane est surtout connu pour sa pêche au poisson, à l'achigan, au brochet et à la perche.

Nouveaux changements de règles de pêche à la traîne du MRN en milieu d'année pour le comté de Forest. Les informations doivent être affichées à l'atterrissage du bateau.

Le quai privé en été est parfait pour pêcher ou amarrer votre bateau. Profitez des huards et des pygargues à tête blanche. Apportez votre bateau ou louez-en un dans la boutique marine à proximité. Deux pédalos sont fournis.

Pêche sur glace accessible depuis la propriété.

Zone de foyer et chaises disponibles. Aucun bois de chauffage fourni. Gril à gaz et gril à charbon fournis sauf les mois d'hiver. Veuillez apporter votre propre gaz et charbon de bois.

La cuisine bien équipée comprend une cuisinière, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, un grand réfrigérateur, un mélangeur Kitchen Aid, un grille-pain, une cafetière (apportez votre propre café), des casseroles, des assiettes, des bols, des verres, des tasses, des couverts, des ustensiles, etc. Sièges de table de cuisine 6.

La cabine est équipée d'une télévision et d'un lecteur DVD au premier niveau et au niveau inférieur. Une petite bibliothèque de films et de jeux est également disponible en cas de mauvais temps.

Les salles de bains disposent de deux douches debout. Veuillez fournir votre propre matériel de douche (savon, shampoing, revitalisant), des articles de toilette (dentifrice, brosse à dents, etc.). Du papier toilette et des serviettes de bain seront fournis.

3 chambres avec 1 lit chacune et canapé-lit. Nous fournissons des couvertures, des couettes, des oreillers et des draps.

Nous autorisons un chien s'il est surveillé. Des exceptions seront envisagées. Le propriétaire doit assumer l'entière responsabilité de garder votre animal de compagnie sur la propriété, nettoyer les déchets de jardin et passer l'aspirateur à l'intérieur de la maison au besoin pour contrôler les poils d'animaux. Veuillez contrôler votre animal de compagnie à l'extérieur pour éviter de déranger les voisins. Des frais supplémentaires peuvent être appliqués pour tout dommage à la propriété à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur.

Ne pas fumer à l'intérieur. Fêtes / événements non autorisés.

Nous préférons que vous apportiez vos déchets et matières recyclables au dépotoir de la ville locale sur CTH DD qui est à environ 2,5 km (à droite sur Bartz Bay, à gauche sur Pickerel Lake Road, à droite sur CTH DD). Des poubelles / bacs de recyclage sont fournis dans le garage. Recyclez le plastique, le verre, l'aluminium et le papier.

The property is amazing. Hidden in the woods with excellent shade in the evening. The water front access was great for kayaking and we enjoyed fishing off the dock. Great place for a quiet getaway.

Everything was SO clean and we had everything we needed! The place was set up so nice and we had plenty of room to gather as a family. Having access to the water and being right on the lake was a major plus, especially with children. Loved it!!!!

Great vacation! Location and house was perfect. Saw many deer. Although, water by the pier was not swimmable and very mucky at this time. We had a boat and were able to cool off and swim in deeper as section of the lake. Fun, very quiet location for a family vacation with beautiful scenery. Can't wait to stop back!

This property is very well maintained. Home and kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Dishes, pots, pans cookware are all very nice. Beds were comfy. Plenty of linen for everyone. If you're looking for amenities and things to do on the water you've come to right place. Nice view also.

We had a great weekend staying at this spacious lakehouse! The property gently slopes down to the water for a worryfree journey to the lake. The house itself was very accommodating especially for our large group of 8. Driveway is a very convenient U shape for big trailers. Wouldnt hesitate one second to recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful lake front property with great fishing

We spent 5 days at this location and enjoyed every minute of it. Very cozy well stocked house kept us all feeling at home. The size of the place allowed 6 adults with kids to all have our own personal space. The home owners have been the best at communication that we have ever had and with very quick response time. The lake offered abundant fish allowing us to pull in some nice sized large mouth bass, perch, crappie and blue gill. This location is near many amenities including snowmobile and atv trails. I highly recommend this place.

Had fun with family. Room enough for the eight of us. They have eveything you need and stocked very well. Lots of crock pots and bowls. Gentle slope to water. It is not a swimming shoreline, we went out some and jumped off the pontoon. Loons, eagles and fish.

Great Family Cabin

We did a family ice fishing trip to Crane Lake and had a great time. The cabin has a great set up with plenty of space, all the necessities, and a lot of nice extras to make your stay comfortable. The lake views from the upper living room are fantastic. The cabin was also extremely clean. The communication with the owners was excellent. Brenda was extremely responsive and always willing to answer my questions leading up to the trip. She really went above and beyond. Overall, great experience. Definitely one of the best cabins we have rented in northern WI. We will be back.

Great getaway

My family and parents stayed for 4 nights and had a great time relaxing, fishing and boating. My daughter and I caught a bunch of panfish and we saw loons, Golden eagles and bald eagles. The lake is not really for swimming since there are so many weeds but we had a great time fishing and catching frogs! The home was very clean and spacious and well equipped with anything and everything you would need! The only thing I would want to let people know is that if you have a parent that is older and uses a walker it is quite difficult for them to get down to the pier. All in all it was a great vacation!

Thanks for renting our lake house! We are glad you enjoyed some of what nature has to offer. The loons and eagles are often seen on Crane Lake. The lake is a weedy lake which holds a lot of panfish and can be easily caught from the dock. The island on Crane Lake has a sandy area to anchor your boat and enjoy along with a couple areas on Pickerel Lake. We do have 4 short cement steps prior to entering the dock and are fortunate to have a very gradual slope to the lake. Thanks for the review! We are always looking to improve our place to make your stay enjoyable!

4th of July Family Getaway!

We stayed at this property from Wednesday to Sunday, over the 4th of July weekend. Throughout the 4 days and nights, we had 8 people coming and going. We had no issues with space or sleeping arrangements, there was plenty of room for all. It was a very welcoming and cozy house. The house (inside and out) was super clean and tidy, and all light switches/drawers were labeled which was helpful! And the view from the living room windows.. to die for. The house had everything we could have possibly needed - from kitchen utensils and ziploc bags to tissues and toilet paper to towels and marshmallow roasting sticks! Seriously... everything! We especially liked the front room with the extra fridge for our adult beverages. :) The communication from the property managers before, during and after our stay was excellent. I could not have asked for better communication. They were very quick to answer their phone when I had questions during our getaway. We also rented the pontoon and the property managers made the process simple and easy. Our security deposit was returned quickly to us after leaving on Sunday! We had such a fun and relaxing time and would love to stay again in the future. The ONLY thing that we thought the house could have used is a ladder on the end of the dock for easy access in and out of the lake when swimming.

Wonderful lakehouse!

This home is absolutely wonderful and so relaxing! It was spotless when we arrived. There is an abundance of household essentials for your use. There was plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs (1 lab and 1 mini-doxie.) The view is amazing! I loved watching the mist on the lake every morning. We used to lake side fire pit everyday and even cooked over the fire 2 nights. The kids loved the hammocks and running around the spacious yard. We didn't catch any fish off the dock but did get walleye, bass, northern, and bluegill from our boat. We also saw other people pulling in perch. The tunnel to Pickerel Lake was too small to get our boat through (Lund Impact 1775) but the other landing was within 5 miles. I would suggest checking with the Crane Lake lake association as we were informed we were in violation of local lake association rules after following what we found online. The gentleman said they had just changed the trolling lines per person rules that day, so make sure to check before heading out! I can't recommend this home enough! And I don't feel I have accurate words to describe how lovely it was. It felt like home. So homey and comfortable. Thank you so much for opening your home for others to make wonderful memories.

We are happy you enjoyed your vacation! The DNR changed the trolling rules mid-year for Forest County lakes per a conversation with the DNR and Lake Association. The new trolling rules should be posted at the boat landing and unfortunately are not updated on the DNR website. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. Thanks for renting our lake house!

Nice House on a Remote Lake

It's a nice house on a remote lake. I wish I'd known there was no Wifi, because it's really remote and cell service was spotty. To the owners' credit, they pointed out that they didn't advertise Wifi. And I could've asked beforehand, but still. We'd drive into "town" to send texts with photos. There isn't really any town -- a couple of gas stations where we'd do our grocery shopping, some bar and grills. A golf course. Not one place to buy an ice cream cone that I could find. We left a day early. The owners had labels on things around the house, like the washer and dryer ,"not for renters' use," which I get, as a former landlord. The label about video monitoring kind of weirded out my kids and they were always looking for the camera. I'm glad the neighbor agreed to take care of my one trash bag because we left on a day that the dump wasn't open, but even if it were open, what a pain it would be to have to drive to the dump and then return to the house to drop off the permit before then heading home. The house itself is very spacious and comfortable, there are two canoes and two paddleboats which the kids loved, and there are fish to catch. I could see it being amazing in the right situation.

Thanks for staying at our lakehouse. As mentioned we don't advertise or have WIFI available currently but we are looking into it and hopefully have it offered in 2023 if we can find a reliable provider. We have a "Private Area" of our personal items which is monitored behind closed doors and not the privacy of the renters. Cell phone coverage is unfortunately out of our control and varies in performance depending on cell phone providers. We will look into possible ways to improve a signal if it is available. Victors Country Store in Pickerel does have ice cream cones or dishes available otherwise there isn't a ice cream drive in close by at this time. Thanks again for your stay!

We Loved Our Stay!

Our stay at the Lake House was great! Everything was nice and clean and the owners made the entire process easy and straight forward. We loved the view of the lake and the house had a great fire pit to make memories around. The pier was nice and very safe. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We definitely hope to stay at the house again in the future!!!

We have been vacationing in the Crane Lake area since 1996. We have family and friends on Crane Lake and enjoy fishing, boating, skiing, tubing, kayaking, canoeing, swimming and snowmobiling.

Spacious setting, inside and outside. Gorgeous view of lake. Quiet and not a touristy area. Great place to get away.
