It’s hard for me to express what a great stay this was with my son.. I had no idea what to expect but the apartment was exactly what we needed. Within walking distance of anything you would want to see. It was fantastic… expensive but worth it. And anytime I had a question I texted the chat and got an immediate response. Thank you for making our stay in Iceland beyond memorable. I would recommend you ever day! It was really hard to leave!

Excellent location

We had a great stay. The location is ideal, close to downtown, but in a quiet area. Excellent communication and clear arrival instructions. Overall, I recommend this place as a home base for your Iceland adventures.

Fantastic place, lots of restaurants within walking distance. Comfortable beds, amazing blackout curtains for adjusting to time difference. We had trouble finding it on our map, we showed up at a woman’s personal flat at first! I think that was a mix of address and personal failure

Location was great. One bedroom was quite small. The other was comfortably sized. The kitchen was well stocked, once we found the cutlery drawer, but, the problem was that the water smelled strongly of sulfur… So much so that you did not want to bathe in it and certainly would not drink it. I don’t know if there’s anything that can be done about that, but it was a problem and, it did not seem to be a problem in the other locations in Reykjavík.

Raykavik Stay via Bud

Solid quiet location that gives a local feel with access to grocery, restaurants, and bars. Reasonable walk to downtown.Bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean and well appointed. Can be a little challenging with the windows if you are short and would suggest a stool or a tool to assist.With that said, was very pleased and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. .

The apartment was beautiful. It's a bit far from the Lava Show, Whale Watching, Flyover Iceland activities. Also, very random, but the water in the toilet smelled really bad. The only nice thing would have been to get coffee pod refills.

Lovely stay, the lift was out of order a couple of times. Really bad smell from bathroom (not the smell of the normal Iceland water). Emailed property manager but didn’t get a reply. Fire alarm went off in building no fire but false alarm, they came to check quickly. Be good to have microwave set up rather than in cupboard. Very comfortable rooms and beds, Great stay. I chose property because of parking availability but there is very limited parking available after 6pm, we managed to find free parking close by, but there is no dedicated spot available.
