We spent 19 wonderful days at this holiday home in Crete and felt very comfortable from start to finish. The house was very clean and well maintained, and the pool was definitely one of the highlights for us. It was clean, well looked after and perfect for cooling off on hot days. We especially appreciated that we were offered several times to have the house cleaned again during our stay if needed.The owner was also very friendly and attentive. As he had to water and take care of the beautiful garden, we saw him from time to time. He was always kind and helpful, while still giving us plenty of privacy.The road to the property is definitely a little adventure , but of course that is not something the host can be blamed for. What really deserves special praise, however, is the excellent service provided by the host/agency. Communication was always friendly, reliable and uncomplicated, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay.All in all, we had a wonderful holiday and would absolutely stay here again. We can highly recommend this holiday home and would be very happy to come back! Thank you very much for a fantastic stay in Crete!

The house is wonderfully secluded and very quiet, with no neighbors. Unfortunately, the house is very run-down. The doors creak and don't close properly. The fly screens on the windows don't close. The beds are old and creaky. The towel rack in the bathroom is falling off. The kitchen is very worn. The handles on the cabinets are broken. The dishwasher is very old. Only the refrigerator is new.

Ich muss sagen,die Kommunikation zum Verwalter war miserabel,er hat spät bis gar nicht geantwortet. Einige Dinge sollten auch in der Anzeige geändert werden, da sie nicht stimmen. Es sind keine 900m zu Fuß zum Strand, da es diesen Weg nicht gibt, bzw. Ist dieser gesperrt von unten und von der Villa gibt es keine Möglichkeit auf die Straße zu kommen, die mit 900m betitelt ist. Billard gibt es keinen. Leider war es in der Küche nicht sauber, Mikrowelle war dreckig, Tassen mit Kaffeerand. An den Fensterecken im Wohnzimmer Spinnweben, Waschpulverfachabdeckung von der Waschmaschine lag auf dem Boden (kaputt) und Der Filter vom Pool (Auserhalb, oder was immer es auch ist, eine metallene Abdeckung) ist rostig und Scharfkantig. Und leider ist es abends sehr laut, man hört die Straße, die Animation & Musik vom Hotel am Strand. Die Zufahrt ist ziemlich steil & der Navi hat uns zuerst falsch navigiert & von da war eine Zufahrt auch nicht möglich. Sie ist daher schon etwas versteckt.Uns hat es dennoch sehr gut gefallen, man ist wirklich sehr privat, keiner kann rein schauen und man hat seine Privatsphäre. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar, die Villa hat alles was man braucht. Der Eigentümer der Villa war auch wirklich sehr nett, hat uns gefragt, ob wir was brauchen & ob alles in Ordnung ist. Er hat den Pool gesäubert & die Putzfrau war auch da und hat frische Handtücher gebracht. Es ist mit Sicherheit auch nicht die Schuld des Eigentümers, dass der Verwalter sich nicht meldet oder reagiert.
