Se sent comme une maison de plage! Surveillez les dauphins pendant que vous appréciez votre café du swing sur le grand porche.
Descendre les marches et à droite sur le magnifique sable blanc.
Aucun ascenseur à attendre, il suffit de se garer sous l’appareil et de prendre un vol. L'unité est alors sur un seul niveau. Entrée sans clé pratique.
À distance de marche des festivals, The HangOut, Bahama Bobs, Pier 33, Ikes Rentals, de nombreux magasins de souvenirs et magasins de crème glacée.

Lit King dans une grande chambre des maîtres avec salle de bain complète.
Deuxième chambre a lit queen et lits superposés. Accès au bain complet du hall.
Le salon a un canapé-lit en cuir Queen, un fauteuil inclinable en cuir et un second fauteuil en cuir. TV écran plat 55 "avec TiVo. Sortez sur le porche où il y a beaucoup d'espace pour manger et se détendre sur la balançoire tout en cherchant des dauphins, en regardant le lever du soleil et les couchers de soleil.
La table de salle à manger se dilate pour accueillir 8 personnes. Il y a aussi deux tabourets de bar au comptoir de la cuisine.
Cuisine bien équipée.
Pack N Play, chaise d'appoint avec plateau, jouets, chaises de plage et parasol fournis pour votre commodité.
Laveuse et sécheuse empilables de grande taille.
Complexe a une piscine familiale et une piscine pour adultes séparée entourée de belles terrasses et de palmiers à travers la rue pour les journées plus fraîches et venteuses.

Perfect view of beach from covered deck with swing. Very clean with everything you could need. Parking is a little tight and didn't realize the pool was across the street until we got there. But the beach access was perfect. Bed comfortable with good linens and nice towels.

Great location with easy beach access and a great coffee shop across the street. Washer/dryer very helpful for a long stay. The tower condo unit next door can be very loud every morning (4:30 am!) because of the garbage truck.

My favorite place to stay in Gulf Shores

I stayed in this unit with my parents a few times over a decade ago and it was still as great as I remembered :) The place is cute and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. My favorite part is the shaded deck and ocean views.

So sorry you had bad weather. The fall is a fantastic time to come as far as the water being warm and the crowds thinning down, but…. The chance of a storm rolling in are greater too so there is that risk. Please come again to give it another chance.

Great location and convenient walk out to the beach!

The property was exactly as advertised. We just loved being able to walk one flight of stairs from our balcony and be on the beach. Right in the best location near all the Gulf Shores hot spots. Highly recommend!

Like a little Beach House

This condo was purchased by my dad and mom back in 1998. They had many enjoyable times together here. Dad passed away back in 2004 but Mom continues to have good health and comes a few times a year with some of the family to relax and enjoy this beautiful place.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

The views are amazing and the unit is just steps away from the beach. Just one flight up into a welcoming homey atmosphere. Close proximity to many stores and restaurants. We love not dealing with high rise elevators and parking decks and long hallways. Having the fully stocked kitchen and dishwasher make for easy meals without the expense or wait. The cozy atmosphere truly makes it one of our favorite places to be.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Parking directly under unit. No waiting on elevators. Great ocean view and love the sound of the waves. In the case of a second vehicle, there is more parking availability across the street.
