Crystal Shores 1001, unité de coin est, deux suites king avec salle de bain privée

Crystal Shores Unit 1001 est situé directement sur la plage de West Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL. Récemment rénové et redécoré à l'hiver 2018, l'unité est une magnifique unité de coin East End au 10e étage offrant un grand balcon avec accès depuis le salon et la chambre principale. Le Spacious Condo propose deux suites King chacune avec salle de bain privée, plafonds de neuf pieds et moulures en couronne.

Ce complexe propose une piscine extérieure privée et un bain à remous menant à une piscine intérieure chauffée en saison. Il y a une salle de sport, un sauna et une salle de jeux avec table de billard et baby-foot pour les enfants! Des barbecues au charbon sont disponibles pour nos clients mais vous devez apporter votre propre charbon / démarreur / briquet. Les chaises longues / parasols à louer sont disponibles de mars à octobre (ou novembre en fonction de la météo) à partir d'une 3ème partie pour 130 $ / semaine. Il y a un endroit pour laisser vos chaises de plage (si vous apportez les vôtres) dans une zone de stockage près de la plage. Vous voudrez peut-être envisager d'apporter un verrou de câble pour les sécuriser. Chaque unité dispose d'un code unique qui vous permet d'accéder au sauna, au bain à remous, à la plage, au stockage sur la plage, à la salle d'exercice, à la salle de jeux et à la piscine.

La HOA n'autorise pas les véhicules récréatifs ou les remorques sur la propriété.

Ceci est un condo non-fumeur, sans animaux.

Il n’ya pas de longue promenade ni de longue promenade dans le sable chaud.

This condo was perfect for our visit. Water and beach views were fabulous. Unit was exactly as described. Parking was very convenient for loading and unloading. When I had to contact host, I had a response was quick. I can’t say enough good things about our stay. I hope to return!

Everything about this condo was spot on as described. Parking was safe and convenient to elevators. Beach view was perfect. Kitchen had everything we needed. Every room in the condo was clean and well maintained. Our hosts put our stay over the top and we would definitely stay there again!

Angie and I retired in 2016 and moved to Gulf Shores. When we sold our home we invested in Crystal Tower 1701 (VRBO 1183472) which is located 2/10 of one mile east of Seacrest 901. We have totally remodeled and updated Crystal Tower 1701 as well as Seacrest 901 (VRBO 1323351). Recently we purchased Crystal Shores 1001 (VRBO 1489724) which is another 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom east end condo located at 921 W Beach Blvd Gulf Shores AL. We manage and maintain Seacrest 901, Crystal Tower 1701 as well as Crystal Shores 1001. We occupy all these units during the year when not occupied by our guests. This enables us to keep all the properties updated and pristine as they are our residences as well as vacation rentals for our guests.
