In an excellent position, located on the north coast of the island a few steps from the Guardiola beach and a few minutes walk from the Procchio beach. Situated in a quiet location, away from traffic and chaos. The apartment is included in a three-family house completely renovated with excellent finishes and equipped with all comforts. Its location in the center of the island allows easy travel in all directions to visit the characteristic villages and the numerous coves and bays of the island. The village of Procchio where all the main services such as bars, restaurants, pharmacy, market are located can be reached by car in about 3/4 minutes and on foot via the beach in about 15/20 minutes.
