Villa Enara is a modern and graceful one-story villa in a quiet position, surrounded by the Apulian countryside. It sleeps 12 people. From Villa Enara you will have a pleasant view of the surrounding countryside and of the greenery. Villa Enara is 210 square meters (2260 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, a private garden and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Manduria, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 4.6 km (roughly 2.9 miles), a grocery store at 4.5 km (roughly 2.8 miles) and the closest beach (Campomarino di Maruggio beach) at 9.8 km (roughly 6.1 miles). You will reach Villa Enara from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Enara you will need a car. You will be able to park it inside the entrance gate.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. It can be heated if requested (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The area is equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. By the pool you will also find a bathroom which is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery. The pool is open from the end of May until the end of October.
Patio 1
The first patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof and by awnings. It is equipped with two sofas and with a table and chairs. In the patio you will be able to have fun with a football table. From the patio you will enjoy a nice view of the swimming pool and of the garden.
Patio 2
The second patio is 15 square meters (160 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will have a view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet). It is partly shaded by a pergola with a characteristic bamboo roof and by an awning. The garden is equipped with two armchairs and wood benches, as well as with a table, two deck chairs and an hammock. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. Please kindly note that the owners require that the wood-fired oven is only operated by their trusted chef (please inquire if you wish to hire him).
Living Room
The living room is paved with tiles. The furnishings are modern and welcoming, and include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table is in the kitchen island, and can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite smart TV. From the living room you will be able to enter the first patio and the garden through two French doors. The room also has a window, as well as a roof window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from a corridor. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the first patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, an open shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal. First AnnexPatio 3

This suite is made up by three interconnected rooms: a sleeping area, a sitting area and a bathroom. You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the third patio through an external access. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches). The room has a window, as well as a large window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Please note that the shower is located in the bedroom.
Bedroom 4 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the third patio through an external access. The bedroom has a king-size bed (180 cm/71 inches).
