Nouveau, contemporain Guest House à S Austin prêt pour SXSW! S Lamar, SoCo, Dwntn!

Une superbe maison d'hôtes indépendante de 842 pi2 au coeur de South Austin, séparée de la maison principale par une cour arborée. Il dispose d'une cuisine complète, salle à manger et espaces de vie et une salle d'invité en bas. A l'étage se trouve une chambre privée avec un lit King, une salle de bain élégante avec une énorme douche à double tête. Les clients ont également la télévision HD et une laveuse et sécheuse.

Moins de 10 minutes de Zilker Park, South Lamar et South Congress! À distance de marche de Torchy, Thai Fresh, LeNior, Fresa et beaucoup, beaucoup de camions de nourriture! Il y a une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur à l'usage des clients.

We travel to Austin several times a year, and this was by far our favorite location! Cute house with everything we needed, and close to downtown. Walkable to lots of restaurants and activities. Hosts are fabulous to work with too!

Everything was perfect, clean, nice, homey. We booked it for 2 people, but not for a couple. Ad says it sleeps 4, we could not find a pillow or blanket for the futon.

I hesitate to say too much about how nice this place is because I really want it to be available for our next visit to Austin! LOL!! We travel quite a bit and this little gem is now among our faves! Beautifully appointed, very comfortable (that bed!!), and has everything one needs for an easy, enjoyable stay. Love the location which is close to everything on 1st St, Congress, and just a quick drive to downtown. Scott is a gracious and friendly host, always quick to respond to communications, and at the ready if you need anything at all. We will certainly try to stay here again on future visits and highly recommend this great little place to anyone visiting Austin.

Amazing Spot!

This has become my favorite place to stay when visiting Austin. It’s one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in, the place is clean, and the host is super friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend enough!
