The villa in Radicofani has 14 bedrooms and has capacity for 28 people. The villa is 700 m². In Tuscany, in the centre of the magnificent Val d'Orcia, welcomed by an iconic landscape in a country villa surrounded by a farm where the environment, biodiversity and sustainability are respected.La Magione is an elegant villa, in Florentine style, in the heart of the Val d’Orcia, built in the second half of the 18th century on a previous high medieval village linked to the route of the Via Francigena. Surrounded by a park of holm oaks and cypresses and placed on a hill in an extraordinarily panoramic position, the Magione is today a refined residence, conceived and furnished as a private villa where you can breathe the history and the grace of the past, open to guests and friends. Made even more elegant by a large circular garden at the entrance and ideal for events, an ancient hunting lodge, the villa preserves intact the features of the eighteenth-century farm created for banquets and ceremonies linked to the arrival of spring and the fertility of the earth.La Magoine is a charming farmhouse characterized by large lounges, the sober and elegant furnishings, the piano, the billiards, the fully equipped kitchen, the small gym, the yoga room, the table tennis area. Thirteen rooms each with en suite bathroom, the large terrace on the valley, the patio, the solarium, the garden, the park, the landscape all around.The song of birds, the scent of broom in spring and lime blossom in summer. Nature is the protagonist in a place where you feel at peace with the world around you. Experience this fully, intensely in symbiosis with the soothing landscape of the Val d’Orcia.At night you can enjoy a unique sky from our garden. On clear nights the sky above the Magione is a kind of natural observatory, a true spectacle. In the morning breakfast on the patio overlooking the garden, if you want a massage or a yoga or Tai Chi class, or a nice swim in the pool (6x12m) or a game of volleyball.At lunchtime the barbecue area with its gazebo, in the afternoon rest in the park and a game of billiards or a ride on an e-bike or a walk along the paths in the area. At sunset a relaxing bath in the whirlpool bath, an aperitif in the solarium and an excellent dinner in the garden accompanied by classical or jazz music.On the ground floor there are three large rooms, two of which with stone fireplaces and one with a piano. The lounges allow direct access to the semicircular terracotta solarium. Also on the ground floor there are two double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.On the ground floor a study, a cozy bar area with professional espresso machine and a well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, two refrigerators, a freezer, electric oven, microwave, 2 kettles, 2 toasters, juicer. On the ground floor there is also an ironing room / wardrobe, a small living room with TV, billiard room, fitness room, relax room with ping-pong and a bathroom with shower.On the first floor, three twin bedrooms and five double bedrooms, one of which has a large panoramic terrace, each with a private bathroom with shower.In the basement there is a large relaxation room and satellite TV with exit to the pool side, as well two double bedrooms, a bathroom with tub and a service bathroom.THE DEPANDANCEIn the lemon house of the villa there are two other double bedrooms with bathroom.THE OUTDOORThe historic park is enriched by a beautiful infinity pool (6x12m), a barbecue area with gazebo, whirpool bath next to the pool, outdoor area with games and volleyball court. There is an excellent Wi-Fi connection, both inside and outside the building, including the pool area.
