The property was great, very clean, very spacious, very well equipped, great location within Clube Albuferia & easy access to one of the pools. Only down side was the letting agents who managed the property. They had indicated when booking that if no guest departing on the day of arrival then it should be OK to get early entry and if no guest arriving on day of departure, then it should also be ok get a late check out. . Although they failed to provide the information that to get a late check out, they would charge a full days rate. A payment for late check out is acceptable but not a full days rate. If it hadn’t been for this, the apartment would have received a 5star rating.

Regarding your stay, an early check-in was indeed offered to you free of charge, subject to availability on the day of arrival. As communicated, this can only be confirmed on the same day depending on the property’s occupancy and cleaning schedule. Concerning late check-out, even when there is no same-day arrival, the property still needs to be cleaned and prepared according to our standards. This requires blocking the property for several hours to ensure it is properly serviced for the next guests. For this reason, a late check-out fee equivalent to the nightly rate is applied when extended use of the property is requested. We stayed here for two weeks. Location is great, it’s right next to the pool and the restaurant and the restaurant dose good food for the price.Unfortunately, the whole apartment needs upgrading. The blind was broken and the. Maintenance men both told us it was broke before we arrived. so we had to keep constantly contact them to fix it. The patio door broke and the shower was blocked, The maintenance men tried their hardest to unblock it and said we needed a plumber (never came). We could only spend three minutes a time in the shower. The beds are like sleeping on planks of wood so much, our two daughters moved out of their room and slept on the sofa bed also the pillows were not great. One was only fit for the bin. But on a positive the kitchen is well equipped and there’s also games if you want to play with them. Holiday Home, I would not rent from them again due to a very rude text I received from them. When we arrived home, we received a text the following day telling us we owe them 50 for missing wristbands band. I phoned them to confirm there was only four in there when we arrived and 4 left. I spoke to housekeeping and legally found this.
