The location was perfect for visiting the parks and downtown area! It was clean. The views of the mountains are nice. The host communication was great. It was quiet and relaxing. The apartment is a little out dated.

Amazing views in this 1 bedroom unit. We stayed out on the porch most of the time. Note there is no oven but kitchen was nice to use. The whole place had everything we needed for a great stay close to the national parks!

This property is located close to the town and Arches National Park. Convenient to Canyonlands and Dead Horse. It sat up a little higher so it was nice to sit on the porch to watch the sunrise and sunset. Sunnie was easily and communicated well.

Great view and location. Facilities were clean, laundry helpful and very cold freezer, (for making ice for our cooler).It was pretty hot and the swamp cooler worked just fine.

This property is just outside of town but easy and quick to get to town. The wrap around porch was nice to sit outside in the evening and see the mountains.

Perfect 5 night stay for my husband and I are on our 25th anniversary trip.! This location was convenient to downtown Moab, but away from all the crowds. Easy access to all the nearby parks and activities. The view was spectacular as we spent time on the wraparound deck. Sunnie was super responsive and, when we had an issue with the TV, she worked hard to get it figured out.Laundry machines were much appreciated and easily accessible. There was enough space in the whole unit for my husband and I to do our own thing when we wanted to. The kitchen is tight so plan on having one chef at a time and use the grill like we did.We highly recommend!

It was a lovely place to sit outside and look at the view of the mountains and surrounding valley.Condo is very convenient to arches and Canyon land. Would definitely recommend this as a quiet, relaxing place to stay.

This was our second time in the last 2 years we stayed here. We love this house! The location is great, the house was very efficient for our needs, the shower(omg was hot), the porch sitting in the afternoons have incredible views. Sunnie was always quick with any answers we needed. If there was anyone under us in the bottom house, we never hear them. The Swamp cooler is very cold on hot days, but the fans worked better at night for us. Having laundry room was great to clean your clothes when needed. Even has cooler, fan and chairs at your disposal. Would highly recommend! Thanks Sunnie again!

Super clean, comfy bed and gorgeous views. Slightly outside town if you're looking for something a little more private, but just minutes away if your need anything. This was our 3rd time staying here and we hope to come back for a 4th.

nice stay in Moab, Sunnie was easy to communicate with. The views from the deck were the highlight, and the location as well. Swamp cooler did its job on the hot days.
