Dear Agnes, I hear the critical points you quote and I can understand that I wanted to make it known. However, I must still mention a few points that go against what you are saying: - about the faulty electrical circuit of the terrace, I could not get the electrician to intervene on the day of change of tenants, on Saturday and I offered you to have it repaired during your stay, on Monday at the end of the day (i.e. 2 days after your arrival, the electricians not working on Sunday!), or the next day BUT you never accepted his intervention Difficult then to bring you satisfaction. - about the towels, we brought you additional bath sheets at your request and immediately. - about the pool, the problem was solved on Monday morning and the water on Saturday was not that cloudy. Just a small adjustment to be made at the filtration level and this problem was solved as soon as the pisciniste came on Monday. - about your welcome on the day of your arrival, I stayed in Vaison all day until 17.30 and I had to leave Vaison as I told you at the end of the day for an invitation. Many customers arrive home alone and even want to arrive alone and we had agreed this with your husband on the phone in the case of a late arrival. - About the grass, unfortunately the increasingly dry climate forces us not to water or very little water and I lose the grass from year to year. I'm also thinking of making a bowling alley to play petanque next summer. - Finally, about the radiator, previous tenants sat on the radiator and tore it off the wall. Given the season, I simply removed it from the wall and will put it back when necessary. All these explanations because I had to justify the negative points mentioned by you following your stay.

Dear Jérôme, I'm surprised by your review as I saw you several times during your stay and of course you didn't inform me of anything you might have mentioned in your review. I would like to point out that the heat experienced during the first week was totally exceptional and that the summer stays all went very well for the guests (see the comments left during the summer). The dishes and other crockery were changed at the very start of the season so that we could start with something new. As for the mattresses, they are 6 years old, which is not very old either. I'll be sure to ask subsequent guests if they find them as uncomfortable, because so far I've had absolutely no comments about the bedding. The same goes for the hob. I am of course prepared to change anything that may be obsolete or too old, if justified of course. Claire
