La maison Estate magnifiquement construite comprend des vues à couper le souffle sur toute la vallée, le lac et au-delà. Cette maison de 3 chambres 2 ½ salles de bain avec un nounou 1 pièce supplémentaire qui comprend une salle de bain, a une multitude de surprises à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Si vous aimez vous asseoir sur la terrasse en savourant un bon livre ou simplement vous détendre, cette maison est faite pour vous! Peut-être que vous aimez vivre avec la nature, profiter des douches extérieures des toilettes, vous êtes prêt à partir. Vous êtes peut-être plus une personne d'intérieur; vous pouvez profiter de la maison climatisée de 2 000 pieds carrés avec un téléviseur de 60 pi avec son surround ou tout simplement un jeu de société à l'ancienne est dans les cartes pour vous… tout est là. Le garage a été transformé en salle de jeux avec une table de ping-pong, une grande télévision et un réfrigérateur. Dans la soirée, profitez des étoiles regardant à travers le télescope. Vous pouvez également profiter du trou de maïs ou du golf de cow-boy à l'arrière, tout en admirant la vue entre les virages!

Cette propriété a quelque chose pour tout le monde.

Vous pouvez faire une dégustation de vin toute la journée et ne jamais avoir à quitter la vallée. Family Summer Vacation

Our family takes an annual boating trip to the lake. This place was perfect place for all 10 of us and the location couldn’t have been better. It was fun to see all the wildlife either early in the morning or on our way back from the lake. We will definitely be back.

Great Family Spot

Worked great for our family of 9. The granny flat was perfect for the kids with a toddler so he didn’t wake the rest of the family up early mornings. Views are beautiful, star gazing was fantastic!! Kitchen is well appointed and beds are comfortable. Our only issue was battling ants the whole time! Lost all of the blueberry muffins to them!

Lovely time at the lake

Our family had a great time taking in the views and playing the various games available at the house. We even saw a bald eagle hanging out in a tree on the ridge. On our drives around the area, we also saw a golden eagle, more bald eagles, prarie falcons, tule elk, jackrabbit, and wild boar, so the nature viewing was fantastic. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed.

Best lake house

We stayed at Hopes Place with family and friends and went to the lake everyday. The house had everything we needed and plenty of place for people to sleep. The views were amazing and the property was really private. We usually rent at Oak shores but we got sick of dealing with rowdy neighbors and so many obstacles for parking our boat and trailer and cars! hopes place is so easy to access and you don’t have to deal with rowdy people. We are staying there again this weekend. Absolutely recommend this place to everyone. The property managers were so great to deal with, and easy to contact!

Third Stay...

This was our third visit to Lake Nacimiento in the least six or seven years. We always stay at Hope's Place - it's comfortable, beautifully maintained, and the location is unbeatable. Perched all by itself on a bluff overlooking the dam, it's remarkably private and quiet yet just a five minute drive to either the marina or to the little village where there's an excellent grocery store, a gas station and a lively pizza joint. The marina offers for rent about a dozen brand new and very fancy deck boats (not cheap...). We also highly recommend the "Friends of Fred Wakeboarding School" if you want to do some wakeboarding - also not cheap, but a wonderful experience.

Upon arrival, home owner came to check the drinking water tank which was empty and never came back with a new one. The house is on a well system so plan on bringing plenty of water. There is zero water pressure throughout the house and the shower and kitchen sink trickle. It gets worst of 2 or more water sources are running at the same time. Cell service is poor due to the area which is understandable however, the WI-FI provided at the house is not good. When using any of the apps on the TV it is very pixilated and doesn’t load. Y

Thanks for your helpful feedback. Great to hear how much you enjoyed this spacious home! We apologize no one returned with additional bottled water. The well water at this property is perfectly safe and we provide bottled water as a courtesy and dropped the ball this time. Showers do need to be staggered with so many guests accommodated in this home. With a rural property both cell service and wifi can be a bit limited, so we recommend not everyone try to stream on devices all at once. Nice views, fun outdoor games and great patio space. The internet could be better, we all used our hotspots periodically because download speeds were incredibly slow---made it nearly impossible to stream a movie.As for the water pressure in the kitchen---the worst ever. Cleaning up after making a meal was torture. The faucet produces a tiny trickle of water. My recommendation on cooking a meal---don't!
