    Excellent location near many good restaurants. Easy to get to from train. Found the place was not as clean as it should have been. The bed was very poor quality.

    Nice clean apartment. Checkin was simple and the others was easy. The only downside was the AC remote batteries didn't work and the refrigerator also was not working. There are a couple restaurants outside that can make a good bit of noise until about midnight, besides that fantastic place to stay.

    The apartment is in a great location on a little quiet piazza. Very easy to get to from the train station and close to several museums and churches. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and everything was in great condition and working fine. I had some trouble trying to use the online check in. But i was able to contact Mustafa and he very patiently helped me through the issue and guided us through our self check in . Which made our stay very enjoyable.

    L'hôte n'a pas été présent et tout s'est bien passé sans que nous ne rencontrions personne. L'appartement est impeccablement distribué, pas trop petit, très bien proportionné, les matériaux nobles, le lit parfaitement orienté et l'énergie générale très favorable.

    It was not a place I would recommend. The key is left in a realtor box in an alley on the ground. The key was incredibly challenging to open the door (it required a video which still wasn’t helpful). Upon getting into the apartment, I walked around in my white socks while unpacking and within an hour, took them off to change and they were black on the bottom. The bathroom had a smell of mildew and the shower was not very clean. We brought home a bottle of wine and took out a couple of glasses that were not clean and when we went to wash, the sponge was old, dirty and not usable. The extra pillows were very dirty and needed thrown away. All of the issues around cleanliness made us question that of the bed/sheets. We also were not informed of construction occurring immediately outside on a Teatro which started before 6:00am. Positives are the location (heart of city center) and the property management responsiveness via WhatsApp. We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s and not had this experience which was disappointing but luckily we were only there for two nights.
