Parma City Center Holiday House est un appartement confortable et raffiné, situé dans le centre de Parme, proche de tous les services, pour le shopping, les restaurants et pour visiter toutes les principales attractions touristiques de la ville, accessible en quelques minutes à pied. Il est également idéal pour les invités qui vont aux foires de Parme ou enseignent à l'université. Il est situé à quelques minutes de la gare qui est donc facilement accessible par les clients qui souhaitent voyager en train pour rejoindre et visiter les autres villes d'Émilie-Romagne. L'appartement peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes et vient d'être entièrement rénové et meublé avec soin et attention.
Nous voulions créer un environnement chaleureux et accueillant, adapté aux couples, mais aussi aux familles et aux groupes d'amis. Nous l'avons ensuite équipé de tout le confort et meublé de manière fonctionnelle. Le bâtiment dans lequel se trouve l'appartement dispose d'un concierge et est équipé d'un ascenseur. Une fois que vous sortez de la porte de la copropriété, vous êtes immédiatement plongé dans l'atmosphère animée du centre-ville, dans la rue commerçante et à quelques pas des restaurants et des magasins proposant les produits alimentaires typiques de la région.

An excellent stay! We had everything needed. My husband (the cook) had what he needed to make some lovely meals (although he wished there was a knife sharpener.). Good appliances and plenty of outlets. Comfortable bed and bedding and well-thought out decor. Garbage was a little confusing (a reminder sign would help) and we missed a sofa to snuggle on. Friendly helpful host!

The best thing about this apartment is the proximity to everything we wanted to see in Parma. The central location is great for shopping, dining and sightseeing. And it’s a reasonable walking distance from the train station for day trips. The apartment is clean and modern, with a good workable kitchen and dining area. We had good communication with the host and he was very helpful with information It’s a little dark surrounded by buildings and has no view but otherwise a terrific place to stay in Parma.

Clean and well-appointed little apartment in great location. Close to shops and dining right in the heart of Parma. Check in process was easy and the hosts promptly answered any questions. Kitchen was reasonably equipped with what you need. Bathrooom was nicely decorated and very functional. Beds were comfortable and adequate supply of bedding. Only small challenge was understanding the garbage rules - some labels on the bins and maybe a list of what can or can't be recycled would be helpful.Building was very quiet and neighbors were friendly.Definitely recommend it and would stay again.

Apartment is as described. Hosts are available and helpful. Just minutes walk from most of the sights. There is a list if good restaurants.

The location of this apartment is perfect for Parma; you are right in the middle of town close to everything.The apartment is in a very secure building.The apartment is clean and modern. A very comfortable bed. Wife thought the mattress was a bit too firm and I thought it was perfect.This apartment is also great for a long stay as it has very ample space to hang clothes as well as several drawers.The kitchen is stocked with enough items to make light meals.The coffee maker is a pod machine with a couple of pods left as a courtesy it's easy to purchase more in several of these small stores around town. But there are so many wonderful places to have an espresso or a cappuccino nearby.One thing to note, the description does mention a washing machine which is there. There is no dryer, there is a place where you can hang clothes in the building. We didn't need to do laundry, so it was not a problem. At this point writing this review, we are in our third VRBO in Italy. And clothes dryers are not common. So, if that's an issue it's something you'd want to double check on. In other words, it seems normal for there not to be a dryer but a place to hang your clothes to dry. Italy and most of the cities have very strict recycling codes. The host leaves very detailed directions on how to deal with keeping the trash separated, was not a problem for us we do that at home anyhow.

Wonderful stay and apartment very nice . There were a few things lacking in kitchen, coffe cups, etc. Overall though I would very gladly rent this apartment again.

Dear Guests, thank you for your nice review and I really hope to see you again. However, I would like to take this opportunity to inform you that we carefully check the apartment's amenities at every change of guest and I can assure you that nothing was missing. Indeed, the kitchen is equipped for 6 guests despite the maximum number of guests allowed being 4 and there were actually 2 of you (6 x 3 types of different dishes, 6 x 2 types of different glasses, 6 x 3 types of different cups , etc. ). Strange that you didn't find what you were looking for, however you could always ask me during your stay.

Loved everything about Parma City Centre. Great neighborhood, very comfortable and stylish apartment. Had everything we needed! Wished we’d had longer to explore more.

A convenient, spacious and well equipped apartment

Roberta's apartment is spacious, modern, bright and very well equipped with quality appliances for our pleasant stay of 5 days. We appreciated being close to all the attractions in Parma and also having Roberta's husband there to introduce us to the apartment when we arrived. We also appreciated having a washing machine.

Raffinato e confortevole appartamento nel cuore di Parma.

Appartamento nuovo, arredato con gusto, dotato di ogni comfort, facilmente accessibile a tutti grazie all'ascensore ( caratteristica non comune per le strutture del centro storico ! ). Ottima posizione vicino a negozi e ristoranti ed a pochi passi dalla fermata del bus. Il contesto è tranquillo e signorile.
