We came to Edinburgh with a large, multigenerational group and had a lovely time. The apartment was spacious, well-equipted, and very functional. The location was great, near the university and a great variety of restaurants and a reasonable walk away from the major tourist sites. I would strongly recommend the property and would happily stay there again on a future trip.

This was our second year at this property. It is spacious and clean with an equipped kitchen. Excellent location, functional WiFi, and desks with chairs in the bedrooms for remote work. Price is high during peak periods, as is true for all large flats in prime Edinburgh.

Really had an excellent experience all around here. The host was very easy to communicate with and the location was extremely convenient to all the locations we wanted to visit. Would highly recommend this to anyone.

Spacious flat in a great location

We loved this flat, it was perfect for our family for our daughter's university graduation. Walking distance to so many locations including the University of Edinburgh and the Royal Mile. Lots of food options very close.

A Fantastic stay! Communication with Ash was excellent from start to finish. Directions were accurate and easy with pics. He answered every question within minutes. The apt was exactly as pictured if not even better---spotless and well-equipped. The location was perfect for exploring the royal mile and other hot spots as well as waverly train station.. Local restaurants were wonderful. Ash's recommendations were top-notch. This stay was an incredible value to us and we would stay again.

Everything went very well from check in to check out. Ash is very responsive, there were no issues but if any came up I'm sure they would have been addressed right away.

This was a spacious apartment with an excellent common room for hanging out at the end of each day. It was about 15 minute walk to the royal mile and there were also buses very close. The checking process was very well explained. I would stay here again.

Very well stocked apartment in a good location. Went up two flights of stairs. All beds were comfortable except for the pink room mattress. Rolled you to the middle. No bathtub but used large sink for baby baths. Laundry is only a washing machine as were other places we stayed in, but found two drying racks behind the couch. We were 7 adults and a baby (crib was in closet) and found it very convenient with the separate large livingroom and dinner table. Ash had a lot of good information to share and was quick to respond. Just wish we had four sets of keys. I would highly recommend this apartment.

This is a well located apartment. It is right on a main road with many buses which was convenient. It is also a short (10 minute) walk from the main tourist part of Edinburgh. For those with families, there is a great playground two blocks away, and several fine markets.The apartment is spacious and was pretty comfortable. The entryway is a bit shabby. Once you come off the street, there is a stairwell that is rather dusty looking. Entering the apartment is more pleasant. There is a good sized living room with space for 6 to eat. The quality of furniture was low. Everything was Ikea. For instance, the table and chairs were rickety and I had to tighten the screws to feel comfortable sitting on them. The mattresses lacked support and sagged in the middle. We were able to sleep, but I would not call it that comfortable. There was a shag carpet under the dining table which made it hard to clear up if any food dropped. The TV worked well in the living room and the couches etc were comfortable and plenty. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials (pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, etc). The dishwasher, stove and laundry machine worked well. There was, on some occasions a weird rumpling sound in the kitchen but it was intermittent. The bathrooms were ok. They were tight, especially the second one (you could barely sit and use the toilet). The showers had good water pressure. The towels were rather small. Bedding was good. Overall, it felt like a college apartment.
