Great location as it was close to everything. There was a renovation that was going on for the entire time we stayed which was very noisy which of course is beyond the host's control but the garbage and recycling trucks that went down the lane started very early so not a place for people who are late sleepers! Cleaning crew did a great job as well. Would recommend if you dont mind early morning starts!

Excellent location and plenty of living space. We had an issue with the washing machine but the host was able to resolve that half way thru our stay. If I return to Edinburgh I'd consider renting this property again.

Perfect Location to Walk Everywhere

We spent 3 days in Edinburgh and this was a perfect centralized location. Just as nice as described. Parking for one car (although tight) was very, very helpful. Enjoyed our stay there.

Great location for easy access to sites and restaurants. Everything was great but the entrance was on a mews that had many, many trash cans overflowing, at all hours, on all days. Backs of restaurants dumping trash and bottles regularly. It wasn’t nice. Other than that everything was great. Oh, a Scottish king is more like an American double.

Excellent communication, quick check in and access to the apartment. Garage is a little tight but back your automobile in after luggage is unloaded. Clean apartment, comfortable beds, appliances worked great. Very cute, simple apartment centrally located for walking adventures. Easy access to the Scottish countryside. Thank you for allowing us to have a nice place to stay for a few fun days in Edinburgh

Great location despite the exterior entrance was a bit of surprise. Two nice bedrooms with relatively small but workable bathrooms. Kitchen well equipped. Clothes washer a plus. Garage car parking workable and safe. Primary advantage is location walkable or bus ride to city highlights.

Just having to meet someone at the door was real clunky and inconvenient. Man was really nice when he arrived but wish it was contactless so our trip wasn’t as impacted to get checked in. The rental was wonderful otherwise!

Fabulous location near Old Town/Royal mile, Waverly train station, the bus station (where many Rabbie’s day trips start) and lots of good pubs and coffee shops. The washer/dryer worked well too. We made good use of the fans at night for air and white noise. Only complaint was the size of the beds. Two twins pushed together would be ideal in the upstairs bedroom, but I know that’s probably an American thing. We had a great week!

The property was well described and perfectly located to walk to most locations, including the train. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Though it did not mention the loud morning trash collection for the restaurants on the front of the building. The team and Jordy specifically went above and beyond to assist us. The train was a mess that day due to a fire and Jordy remained in communication with me to provide updates and possible other means of transportation. It made us feel we were not alone in navigating an unfamiliar system. I would highly recommend this host.
