Welcome to our 9-bedroom house in Edinburgh, an ideal getaway for families, groups, or colleagues, with space for up to 18 guests.

The house features six double beds, one king-size bed, a single bed in a separate room, and a large triple room that can sleep up to three guests with a combination of a double and a single bed.

The house is spread across two floors (ground and first), with a single flight of stairs connecting the levels. Three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, while the remaining six bedrooms are located on the first floor.

The property offers private bathroom facilities to meet guests' needs. There is a toilet-only facility, one bathroom with dual showerheads, and a second bathroom with a luxurious shower with a jet function for a spa-like experience. Additionally, Room 3 benefits from a private ensuite for added convenience.

Guests will enjoy access to two fully equipped kitchens, providing ample cooking space for meal preparation with everything you need. The dining area, located in the sunroom at the back of the property, offers a bright and inviting space to enjoy meals together.

For those travelling by car, the property provides a driveway with parking for one vehicle. Alternatively, guests can take advantage of free on-street parking, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.

The iconic Arthur’s Seat is just a short distance away, offering breathtaking views of the city and scenic walking trails. Holyrood Park provides an excellent outdoor escape, while history lovers can visit Holyrood Palace and the historic Royal Mile, filled with charming shops, cafes, and cultural landmarks.
