Welcome to our spacious 12-bedroom house in Tranent, the perfect retreat for families, groups, or colleagues seeking a relaxing and convenient stay. This well-appointed house comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests, offering ample space and privacy for everyone.
The property offers a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit different needs. There are 2 king beds for spacious comfort, 4 double beds, and a set of twin beds for flexible options. The family room features a king bed and a crib, ideal for those travelling with young children. Additionally, there are four single beds, ensuring ample space for everyone. This layout is perfect for large groups and families.
Rooms 1 to 8 each have their own en-suite shower room for privacy. Room 5 includes a bathtub for extra relaxation. There's also a separate bathroom available for other rooms to use.
Guests can enjoy a fully equipped private kitchen on the ground floor, making meal preparation easy. A spacious dining room provides a welcoming space for meals together. The living room is perfect for unwinding, with a projector for cosy cinema nights.
Guests are welcome to use the shared gym and hot tub located at the back of the property. Use is available upon request and subject to an additional charge.
The house spans three floors (ground, first, and second) with two flights of stairs connecting the levels.
Parking is available with a private driveway that accommodates up to six cars.
Our check-in method is simple and convenient: Self-check-in is the only option, with the key securely stored in a key safe at the property.
Nearby attractions include Rosslyn Chapel, Glenkinchie Distillery, and Prestongrange Museum. Coastal towns like North Berwick and Gullane are also easily accessible, with their beautiful beaches and golf courses.
