Our Double rooms have everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable stay, whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. The rooms are quiet, spacious and decorated in contemporary colours and fabrics. All rooms are en-suite and are of a high standard. Just 16 miles from Aberdeen, this historic old coaching inn was built in 1704 and overlooks the River Ythan.

We stayed for 3 nights, warm friendly atmosphere, nothing was too much trouble, good food and huge portions. My favourite bit was the retro hairdryer in the bathroom. Made me laugh so much. Thank you all again, we'll be back

Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed.

From checking in to checking out, everyone was so helpful and cheerful.. nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the wardrobe space, it was very small! It was okay for us as well only stayed two nights, but any longer and we would have struggled with hanging space. But overall the room was lovely. Would definitely stay here again if need be for a couple of nights.

Andreas and his team are always keen to ensure you have the most enjoyable stay .Having stayed on many occasions it feels like home to home .Karen is always attentive when serving breakfast and nothing is a hassle for her and she remembers your order. Last morning for breakfast which was a Monday ,no yoghurts which was disappointing for my Sister they had a busy weekend ,so stocks were low.
