1-room apartment on the ground floor, with double bed in the living area, bathroom with shower, terrace, pets allowed on request, up to 2 people, parking space on site

The location close to the center makes it possible to reach everything your heart desires within a short distance. Whether it's a day at the beach without the hassle of searching for a parking space, a trip to the Karls adventure village or a culinary treat in one of the numerous restaurants.

Apartments 1, 2, 5, 8 and 9 have a free parking space on site. The parking spaces for apartments 3, 4, 6 and 7 are approx. 170 meters away. There is also a lockable room for storing and charging bicycles (for a fee).

Dogs are welcome in our apartments - an additional final cleaning fee per stay will be charged. All guests will receive relevant documents from the owner after booking.

Our four-legged guests are provided with a food bowl mat and a dog bed from Hunter (80x60). We also have a doggy bag. This includes a small snack bag, two paw wipes and two poop bags. Our guests can decide for themselves whether they would like to book bed linen and towels or bring their own. Additional bookings are made at an additional cost.

Apartments 8 and 9 in the attic each have 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. The linen packages are included in these two apartments.
