Welcome to this beautiful studio in the iconic Mediterráneo Building, located right on the beachfront, where the refreshing sea breeze and breathtaking ocean views combine to offer you a truly unique experience. Nestled in the heart of Marbella, you'll be surrounded by all the services the city has to offer, and just a short 10-minute walk from the Old Town and the Marina—meaning no car is needed to immerse yourself in the charm of this wonderful destination.

This bright, east-facing studio is situated on the sixth floor of a character-filled building with 24-hour reception, ensuring a hassle-free arrival at any time of day or night.

Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by a cozy, sunlit atmosphere. To your left, you'll find a beautifully renovated bathroom featuring a modern shower. The living area includes a comfortable sofa, TV, and a dining table—perfect for enjoying a meal or simply relaxing. The recently renovated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel right at home: fridge with freezer, ceramic hob, dishes, and more.

The sleeping area, separated by two sliding doors, offers two 90 cm beds that can be arranged together or apart, depending on your preference. The best part? Direct access to a charming, furnished terrace where you can soak in the views of the sea and listen to the soothing sound of the waves. It’s the perfect spot for enjoying a sunset aperitif or getting lost in a good book, all while being surrounded by the peaceful ambiance that only the sea can provide.
