L'appartement vient d'être rénové à un niveau standard élevé. Avec des meubles modernes. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin comme chez vous. Le canapé en cuir peut accueillir 3 personnes. Lits agréables et confortables. Incroyable jacuzzi pour une soirée agréable et relaxante avec votre couple. Le complexe dispose de 2 piscines clôturées. Un pour les adultes, un pour les enfants. 2 minutes de la plage la plus proche et des restaurants espagnols typiques. Pas besoin de voiture, détendez-vous pendant vos vacances. Vous pouvez vous promener dans le centre de la vieille ville et profiter des boutiques et restaurants traditionnels du village. 10 minutes en voiture de Puerto Banus. Best Location for the money in Marbella
This unit is clean, well equipped, beds are comfy and the owner is A+. ( free nepresso coffee, sugar etc) The location is so convenient to beach, property pool and the famous promenade. It’s also 5-10 minutes walk to the center of the old town. Owner provided parking was a big plus. I highly recommend this property.

The condo was perfect for what we needed for. It was clean had everything we needed.
The condo was right by the beach. You had a vast selection of restaurant that you can choose from. You have to vist the old part of marbella. It's to die for. The owner was very helpful in getting us familiar with the condo and area.

What a relaxing getaway!
We loved this comfortable, well appointed place. Great for couples and single people. Juan and his family were amazing! They helped answer questions, made great suggestions. We had direct access to the beach plus an on premise pool. We were close to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, taxi/bus stops, and health care (in English) if needed. Couldn't ask for more. Lovely place! Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic Experience
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Juan Carlos, Rose, and Carlos were great hosts and very helpful. Thank you for a great experience for our family. The amount of appliances and serving ware was very accommodating and made the apartment feel like home. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for us and very appreciated. The proximity of the apartment to local grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants was perfect.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in marbella. It is just as shown on the photographs.The beach is just yards away and orange square a ten minute walk. .Bus stops are just outside the main gate. The hosts are nice people and the apartment is modern and clean with everything you need.

Great location.
Overall the place was clean and comfortable, we had an issue with AC unit water leaking in the unit. The owner was available to address the issue. Since the units is on the ground floor it is a bit noisy and sometime the swage smell in the bathroom was a lot.

Welcoming,comfortable and well kept!
We were so pleased with the warm welcome by Juan Carlos,the owner,who met us upon our arrival at the bus station in Marbella.Driving us to the apartment,he introduced us to the city,and then showed us the accommodation.It is impressive!A ground floor unit with a walk down some steps to the seafront,with beach chairs provided.Very well situated,close to a grocery store,ChinaSol for incidentals,and many neighbourhood cafes,and bars.Walking both east and west along the sea walk brought us to many great restaurants!It is also a pleasant walk to the Old Town,which is a must to explore!The unit is very well equipped for self catering, a place to relax for two people, and a great base for a Marbella adventure!

The hosts were great but unfortunately there are a few factors that I don't agree on. They charged us almost 15 € for electric yet we were hardly in as we went out for lunch and for the day so we were quite put off with the fact that we had all the lights off etc we didn't use the washing machine tumble dryer or cooker for them to charge us that for 2 nights I'm very surprised! And I double checked and it says nothing on the listing to pay extra for electric.
It's I the bottom floor and 2nd door down from the main entrance so everytime someone walked in and out the metal door would bang. Unfortunately people had been smoking in the apartment so everything stank of smoke towels the lot! It's a shame as the owners are lovely 🙁

The electricity Bill charge is shown at the description. In your case 15€ and no other appliance used means that you shurely made a prolonged use of the Jacuzzi. This is the first time someone points out that they are bothered by the door as you can't hear it from the apartment. Smoking is strictly forbidden but we can't control what our customers do. Thanks for your stay.

Beste Lage und Ausstattung
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Juan und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich und wir konnten etwas früher einchecken. Die Lage direkt an der Promenade ist super. Der Strand vor der Türe ist sehr schön.
Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Lovely apartment, BUT...
From initially booking this apartment the owner Juan kept in constant contact explaining information and being helpful in general! Offering an airport transfer etc. The apartment is very clean and is very comfortable for two people! The amenities near by are so close that you will not need a car unless you are venturing outside of marbella. It is also roughly €12 in a taxi to Puerto Banús. Overall the holiday was lovely! However, upon arriving at the apartment we were greeted by Juan and his daughter who explained to us that there had been previous tenants who had used a substantial amount of electricity and Juan ended up with a large electricity bill. Juan proceeded to explain to us that if we were to use an excessive amount of electricity then there would be some extra charges which he would take out of our €200 refundable damage deposit. This is somewhat understandable as electricity bills can be high, however after already paying €892. I was a little concerned. Juan proceeded to note the usage on the electricity meter upon arrival. Which I also did through a photo on my phone. Throughout the entire holiday the aircon was kept to a minimum and only used whilst in the arpartment, with lights etc. Only being used when required. Overall we used a total of around 150 kWh. Which in the UK 1000 kWh of electricity is roughly £20. When meeting with Juan to leave the apartment he again checked the electricity meter and calculated the total cost of our electricity. Which he then proceeded to take roughly €48 from our deposit for electricity. Firstly I was under the impression that we would only be charged for excessive usage from the initial conversation between us upon arrival at the apartment. Secondly there was no mention at all from Juan before arrival at the apartment in any of our conversations about extra charges for electricity usage. Thirdly I am confused at how Juan actually came to the figure of €48 extra charge for 150 kwh. I am fully aware that when self catering you provide your own toilet roll and food etc. But to charged extra for electricity when already paying €892 for the apartment without any mention of extra charges is something that confuses me greatly! If there had been previous advertisement of the property to inform us of these extra charges there would have been no issues. But there wasn’t! I strongly advise that when advertising this property in future that it is clearly stated that there will be extra charges for electricity

If you check the advertisement of the aparment there are several points where I clearly specify that there is extra charge for electricity.
As you misunderstood the situation, everybody pays for it since I decided to start charging it years ago because some people wasted electricity irresponsably.
The price per Kw was stablished by me for other reasons and figures too at the description. You can see it clearly and agreed when you booked. Noticing your electrical bill I guess you used the air conditioning, dryer, jacuzzi... for too long as the normal electricity charge of other guests use to be 4-6€/day in summer.

Excellent large studio with everything you need.
Lovely place to stay, a couple of minutes walk and you are on the beach. Across the road are bars and restaurants which we found very welcoming.
We were made very welcome Juan Carlos and his family. Would definitely stay here again.
