From the terrace, you can enjoy views over the lake and the surrounding nature. While centrally located within the resort, the villa still offers a sense of privacy and tranquillity, making it the perfect place to unwind. 

Outdoor living with jacuzzi and outdoor fireplace 

The spacious terrace has been designed to make the most of outdoor living. Glass wind screens provide shelter on breezy days, while the jacuzzi offers the perfect place to relax by the water. The gas outdoor fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere during cooler evenings, allowing you to enjoy the terrace throughout the year.

Inside, the villa features a bright living room connected to a glass conservatory that brings the outdoor surroundings indoors. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and flows seamlessly into the comfortable living area with flat-screen TV. Please note:

Use of the jacuzzi requires an additional fee. The jacuzzi is filled and heated at least 48 hours before arrival and therefore cannot be booked at the last minute.

Guests wishing to use the outdoor fireplace must bring their own gas bottle.

No parking space is available at the villa. Loading and unloading is possible, and parking is available nearby.

Any pellet stove or indoor fireplace present in the villa may not be used during your stay.
