We are very happy to hear that the guests enjoyed their stay and appreciated the beautiful mountain views, as well as the charming cow pasture just a few houses down. Regarding the kitchen, although we do not provide specific kitchen appliances or machines, it is fully equipped with everything needed for preparing meals, including special raclette equipment for a cosy Swiss evening. As for towels, we usually prepare one bath towel per guest and one hand towel per bathroom. Of course, we are always happy to bring additional towels whenever guests need them. Unfortunately, we did not receive a request for extra towels from these guests during their stay, but we would have been glad to help. All bedroom photos, as well as pictures of the entire chalet and a video tour, are available in our listing before booking, so guests can get a good impression of the accommodation in advance. The chalet is in good condition, with modern and well-maintained furnishings. We prepare the beds according to the number of guests stated in the reservation. If additional guests arrive beyond the number originally booked, their beds are not made up in advance. However, fresh bed linen is provided and placed on the respective beds. Regarding the underfloor heating, it operates automatically and adjusts to the outside temperature. This means that it provides less heat on warmer days and more heat on colder days.
